Cons:

Room seemed dirty, there was mold on the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, seemed like the floors in there were not clean, our bathtub was broken and out of order, and also seemed disgusting, took forever to check in because no one was at the front desk and they overcharged me for my room, bill said it was $1369, and they actually charged me $1400

Pros:

Staff were very nice throughout the hotel. And room, lobby, and dining were all very clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. And great location, easy to walk to downtown. Would stay here again.

The breakfast variety was great!

Cons:

We had to ask for houskeeping even after the schedule was set up when we checked in. We were asked if we wanted someone to come in every day or every other day. We opted for every other. After 3 days we had to ask for someone to come in and at least take the trash out.

If you want to have a comfortable stay, stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites Downtown Bend
Pros:

I liked the location in Bend and as a single traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. This hotel allows dogs, and their breakfast was superb!!!

Everything was fine.

The hot tub and pool area were nice.

Breakfast was good.

Beds comfortable and linens nice.

Cons:

The hot tub only had jets on two sides. Would not work for more than two people at a time.

The breakfast area was not staffed. The food items ran out and were not replenished. Had to ask the front desk staff to refill the hot water airpot and waffle batter.

No microwave in our room. Was told some rooms have microwaves. No offer to change our room to one with a microwave.

No views.

Great location, across the street from the Deschutes River Trail and an easy walk to downtown and other areas. Staff was great, room was spacious, grounds were nice, breakfast was fine.

Good hotel, moderate price & good location.
Pros:

Nice hotel, reasonable price, usual breakfast items. Good Location. We had a king room for 2 people, but only one chair and only one suitcase rack (which is not uncommon) The bathroom is large, clean and great shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. We would stay here again.
