Pros:

The pink house we stayed in. My daughters absolutely loved it and so did I. The ducks came to say hello at our door every morning. The Kids Club is amazing. The pools, gym, little arcade games. The outdoor area is fabulous. Everything was brilliant and the staff are lovely. We will definitely be back

Pros:

Lovely location with the resort being surrounded by a Golf Course and only 10 min shuttle transfer to Disney Park

Cons:

Generally the Staff did not give a feeling that they liked being at work and serving customers, constantly quoting rules and regulations and not very flexible to help us.

Brilliant, and peaceful
Pros:

The villas are perfect for a family and very well equipped and clean.
I loved the outside spaces and manicured gardens.

Cons:

The food choice at the shop was not the best not enough fresh foods. Food choices could have been better at the restaurant

Pros:

we had an exceptional stay, the property exceed all expecations on all points.

the rooms were very spacious, clean and with beautiful bedlinen and towels plus a small welcome pack.
the complex was stunning and the pool fantastic, my grandson loved it.

we had a lovely breakfast which was served in a small boutique room with a great selection of frsh food both hot and gold.

the staff were amazing, the manager Cecilia was brilliant and was very visible and helpful

Five Star Luxury in a Four Star package.

Pool, arcade, restaurant, reception… all great!

House, with outstanding air con was a holiday winner.

All facilities including a washing machine and dryer… we left with clean luggage !!

اقترح تنظيف المكيفات بشكل دوري حيث صادف حجزي وقت ارتفاع درجات الحرارة و عند استخدام المكيف تحسست من الغبار
