We had a perfect stay!! The villas are big and have the best air condition! The food in the restaurant is great, and the staff is super nice! The pools are clean, and the scenery is beautiful!

Great place to stay for Disney
Pros:

Lovely villa. Well equipped and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Child friendly. Pretty environment.

Cons:

Breakfast was poorly managed. Pastries were allowed to run out and third morning (a busy Saturday) food was cold on the hot plates. Restaurant staff seemed disinterested in contrast to all other areas where staff were friendly and helpful.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour passer une nuit en chambre climatisée pendant la vague de chaleur de fin juin 2026, or la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il nous a été offert deux options: des ventilateurs (que nous avions chez nous gratuitement) ou une autre chambre sachant que nos enfants étaient déjà couchés et qu'il nous fallait donc les réveiller pour les reloger (nous avions pourtant essayé d'anticiper mais le technicien a mis quasiment 1h à intervenir).
Au-delà de cela, propreté très relative dans l'établissement: cheveux dans les lits, cheveux dans la nourriture, vaisselle sale au petit-déjeuner...

Perfect family stay near Disney
Pros:

The townhouses are spacious and very cute. They overlook a playground and a pond with ducks which my kids loved. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of space and amenities like washing machine and kitchen makes it perfect for traveling with kids. The shuttle to Disney stops at a certain time (i think 2pm) so we had to take taxis. Short 10 minute ride. Hotel is also close to the mall and the outlets which was great. On site grocery shop was perfect and had all the necessities. It was a great stay overall!

Cons:

The furniture is outdated especially the couch. No carpet in the living space so it looked incomplete. We had an issue with ants all over the kitchen and couldnt leave anything out. The breakfast is very very basic and not appetizing. It ran out of food during the weekend because it was busy.

-El personal del restaurante y del mercado poco amable y eficiente. Faltaban platos, comida que no reponian en el desayuno. La carta del restaurante apenas hamburguesas, pizzas, spaguettis y nuggets
-Check out a las 10am. Nunca he tenido que hacer un check out a esa hora en ningun hotel
-Horarios de piscina restrictivos
-Horarios de bicicletas. En plena ola de calor y no estaba permitido alquilar una bicicleta mas tarde de las 20:00
