Unexpected cash deposit

Great jacuzzi size

Cons:

We had to pay a cash deposit which isn't announced anywhere on the website.
We arrived at midnight so we had to go to look for a bank in a very unsafe area. My partner was detained by the police what he was doing out at night in the neighbourhood.

This is really quite unacceptable. If I paid by credit card why would I need to pay a cash deposit. I would reconsider this place
