El personal a la hora de la salida nos queria reclamar cosas que no estaban cuando llegamos, por suerte tomamos fotos de la habitación justo a nuestra llegada y al final el personal dijo que "si encontro" lo que nos podían. Mala experiencia la verdad

Las camas están grandísimas...
Pros:

El hotel es tal cual se muestra en las fotos... Personal de recepción muy amable... Las habitaciones están completamente limpias... La regadera tiene mucha presion... Disfrutas muchísimo darte un baño... Está muy cercas del centro... Bien conectado con el metro y trolebus... Recomendaré este hotel a mis amigos y familia...

Cons:

Si pasas muchas horas fuera del hotel... Primero pasa a recepción para que te activen la llave... Antes de ir a tu habitación...

没有银行卡号，昨天下午的订单她已经收到并且我跟她认真解释之后，强硬着让我必须付款，导致我因没钱付付去夜宵店呆凌晨3点多。
我在其他地方捡到的我认为很重要的资料送了一份给他们，那是1他们酒店的一个标志，那几乎是十年前的资料。
我因为压力太大也无法跟外面的陌生人接触，我在这附近住了快两年的时间，我没有朋友，没有家，什么也没有，我总是徘徊在这附近，因为这里有能让我感受到活着的乐趣，这里有我心中那最美好的光。

Waste of money
Pros:

Room and Washroom sizes are good.

Cons:

it doesn't qualify even as a one star hotel. Only the hotel building and room structures look like a quality hotel. But actually there are many things should consider before booking the hotel.
1. Pillow are totally uncomfortable and shapes are thin (maximum 2.5 inch high) and square. Our headache started after sleeping 1 hour. I contacted with the reception, but they said they don't have any other pillow. (Look picture)
2. There was only one socket inside the room for charging, though that was too loose to hold the charger's weight. USB ports were not working. (Look picture)
3. There was no aircon in the room. in the glass portion, there is small widow-type option. you can keep open that for room's ventilation. (Look picture)
4. The tv is controlled by a wall-fitted remote controller, that has only few keys to control. (Look picture)
5. There are paid breakfast options available in the hotel's restaurant. But you need to discuss and confirm with the restaurant yourself for items and pricings. Looks like a 3rd party company is operating that restaurant.
6. Wifi quality was bad. signal drops frequently.
7. There was only towels and 2 small hand-soaps were available as the amenities. NOTHING ELSE in the whole room/bathroom. Not any coffee maker and/or supporting items too.
My overall review is- I believe that the management should spend few days by living in different other hotels. Then they'll understand how a hotel should operate.

Evítenlo si van a llegar después de las 21:00 hrs hay más opciones en la zona y más económicas.
Pros:

En primer instancia fue una opción por la ubicación.

Cons:

Sus criterios de facturación ya que consideran solo las facturas con llegadas el mismo día hasta las 21:00 Hrs, los que llegamos después de esa hora ya no se factura pues alegan que solo se factura el día de la llegada.
Lo peor ¡NO RESPETAN RESERVACIONES! a pesar de estar pagadas y garantizadas, en mi último intento de estancia el cual se pago la reservación por anticipado al llegar al hotel me comentaron que ya no contaban con habitaciones por que no actualizaron las reservas de Booking.
Aun así se hizo un reembolso pero parcial ya que la cuota que cobra Oyo a pesar de no prestar el servicio no es reembolsable que es al rededor de 1% del importe de la reservación.

Está hermoso el lugar, las instalaciones están limpias, la persona de recepción es muy amable.

Cons:

Las camas están demasiado duras y las almohadas también por más que quise acomodarme para dormir no pude.

Estaban más cómodas los sillones de la habitación.

Cómodo y precio justo
Pros:

Me gustó que no tuve problemas para mi check in tardío, se portaron excelente en recibirme y darme mi habitación, la cual estuvo excelente. El servicio de habitación 10/10 super atentos y amables!

Cons:

No me gustó que no cuenta con aire o ventilador y hacía bastante calor.
