Rauhallinen hotelli puiston vieressä

Riittävän iso huone ja peseytymistilat.
Monipuolinen aamiainen.
Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta.
Hotelli on rauhallisella alueella puiston reunassa. Ydinkeskustaan on noin 20 min kävelymatka. Oli meille sopiva kävelymatka siitä, että saimme omalle autolle turvallisen pysäköinnin hotellin alla olevasta lukitusta pysäköintihallista.

Cons:

Majoittautuminen ei mennyt suunnitelmien mukaan. Saimme ensin huoneen 514, jonne purimme laukut ja ensimmäinen meistä ehti käydä suihkussa ennen kuin huomasimme huoneet katosta tippuvan eteisen parkettilattialle vettä. Saimme uuden huoneen 514 ja purimme toistamiseen laukut ja toinen meistä kävi suihkussa. Huomasimme, ette huoneen televisio toimi eikä henkilökuntakaan saanut toimimaan. Pakkasimme taas matkalaukut ja siirryimme kolmanteen huoneeseen kaksi kerrosta alemmaksi. Aikaa meni lähes 3 tuntia ja emme ehtineet enää illalla ydinkeskustaan.
Kiitos hotellille. Hotelli antoi meille korvaukseksi molempien aamujen aamiaiset ilmaiseksi.

Comfortable, convenient and made special by exceptionally friendly staff
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with excellent air-conditioning, a mini fridge and a luxurious bathroom. We loved the large, soft towels and appreciated the full-size toiletries, which create much less waste than lots of tiny bottles.
The location was very convenient. We left our car in the hotel garage and walked almost everywhere we wanted to visit in Logroño.
Above all, the staff were fantastic. From housekeeping and reception to the breakfast staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner, but they happily allow food deliveries. When we ordered through Just Eat one evening, they even set a table for us so we could eat comfortably. That kind of hospitality really stood out.

Cons:

There was a good selection at breakfast, although there wasn’t much variation from day to day. The Wi-Fi could also have been better, but it was adequate for our needs. Parking in the hotel garage costs extra, although we felt it was well worth the money given the limited parking nearby.

Pros:

The location was very good with parking in a garage available. It was extremely clean and comfortable with an outstanding bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful.
