Odisea con apagón.

El personal un 10

Cons:

Que se fue la luz, y estuvimos un tiempo sin, pero dentro de lo que cabe, estuvimos bajando y subiendo por las escaleras, para podernos informar de algo, las luces de emergencia de fuera de las habitaciones funcionaron correctamente, aunque fui al coche a buscar la baliza para la habitación, porque no había ninguna luz de emergencia dentro.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area of Madrid
Pros:

The location was beautiful but then I was told by my Spanish workmates that Aravaca is indeed one of the most affluent areas in Madrid, so that explained a lot.

The set-up of multiple restaurants downstairs set up like a food market was lovely.

Room was comfortable, clean and cosy.

Cons:

Only issue was that the room didn't have air conditioning (I think) and as someone who doesn't deal well with even moderate heat (which is what we were experiencing in Madrid for the three days of my stay), I do need it. It may have been that I couldn't find the function for it on the thermostat (it didn't seem to have the 'snowflake' to activate cooling) but it began to get cooler as the night went on so I just left it. Just a small issue for my stay, not a complaint.

Mala insonorizacion

la amplitud de la cama y comodidad

Cons:

el ruido que se oía de la habitación de al lado , los ronquidos del vecino se oían, los ruidos de la calle y el ruido del sistema de aire frío o caliente

Cons:

Lejos del centro de Madrid, la autopista da sensacion de mayor lejania aunque eso tambien aumenta la tranquilidad de la zona; facil y breve acceso en coche al menos en fin de semana

Cumple las espectativas
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta con respecto al Hospital Vithas Aravaca, a menos de 10 minutos andando. La habitación muy limpia y confortable pudiendo regular la temperatura de la calefacción. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

La bañera. Sería mejor que hubiera plato ducha para mayor accesibilidad y comodidad.

Una experiencia para repetir
Pros:

Tenías cita en el hospital Sanitas la Zarzuela y es un acierto quedarse en este hotel por lo cerca que queda.
Desayunamos de un buffet muy rico y variado y las habitaciones son muy confortables.
