Good location
Place wasn’t too clean and definitely needs some work done. Corners in the bathrooms and holes and so much dirt plus I noticed some bugs walking around.

The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean. Shower was good as was the air con. Bed was comfy with a sturdy mattress. Buffet breakfast was filling with multiple hot and cold options. Pool is small but ideal for a quick cooling dip after a day in the sun. The lifts/elevators are super fast as well :-)
Hotel location is perfect- a 5 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences and the frequent number 19 bus gets you to either the beaches/El Cabanyal or the city centre in a very short time. The bus stops in either direction are very close to the hotel entrance. Recommend the SUMA 10 card that can be topped up in batches of 10 trips for about 13 EUR. The buses are air conditioned!
The shower screen could be larger as the power of the shower meant some water got onto the bathroom floor. The bath/shower to floor height is high so suggest you grip the shower screen as you exit.
Lo que más me gustó del hotel fueron las ventanas grandes y las vistas despejadas e iluminación exterior.
No me gustaron varias cosas: la habiracion no eran los 20 m2 que decían ser, al menos en el espacio del dormitorio. Puertas del armario en mal estado, bañera sin protección contra el agua por lo que ducharse aquí, implica llenar todo de agua alrededor y el asiento metálico del baño todo oxidado. Por otra parte, me sentí mal al no poder tener una nevera que enfriara mis productos y aunque lo comuniqué en recepción solo funcionó el día antes de marcharme, un desastre.
La atención en recepción en general muy mediocre. Prestan más atención a los turistas extranjeros que a los nacionales.
Y en cuanto al desayuno lo típico de la mayoría de hoteles: comida de muy baja calidad y todo basado en proteína y bollería industrial. La frota tambien de baja calidad y muy poca variedad.
Se echa de menos algún producto más especial fuera del trigo transgénico barato.. como la espelta ó algún producto de proteína de mejor calidad como queso de cabra
ó algo de carne un poco más selectiva.
Desde luego que por el precio que cobran por el desayuno, vale más la pena mil veces optar a cualquier cafetería con productos ecológicos selectos de la zona.
Y en cuanto a la ubicación no está mal en cuanto a la oferta gastronómica de alrededores, pero es más bien una zona residencial muy alejada del centro de Valencia.

Atención personal.
- En ambas habitaciones, el agua de la ducha se salia toda de la bañera y se inundaba el baño cada vez que te duchabas.
- la pila del baño no abosrbía el agua.
- Se salió un enchufe.
- las camas no eran cómodas.
- el aire acondicionado no se podía regular.
- en terminos generales, considero que no puede valorarse como un hotel de 4 estrellas

Hotel is in a central location with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Although we had requested a double bed in advance, the room was a twin and we weren't informed. The aircon in the room is insufficient, it was too warm.
