Beautiful Hotel in Valencia
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with rooftop pool and lovely bar area. Very friendly staff and convenient for hop on/off bus into the centre

Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Receptionist on duty when we arrived wasn't very polite, had requested wine in room which wasn't in the room on arrival.Had to ask to change rooms as 1st room was small, dark and no view.Had to pay an extra 180e

Cons:

En la habitación que nos dieron, la bañera con el esmalte saltado, la válvula de vaciado no se podía abrir, el papel de la habitación tenía remiendos y la ventana no cerraba bien. Dimos parte la primera noche de la bañera y la ventana pero no hubo arreglo.
El precio no se correspondió con el servicio.

Pros:

Modern hotel with very comfortable bed, good bathroom, and reasonable quiet as located outside the old city centre. Very close to the extraordinary City of Arts and Sciences. Rooftop pool

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work, so we had to open the door to the cooler corridor, or open the window, which was very noisy due to the incessant Fallas fireworks. This was just about ok in March, but would have been unpleasant in the heat of the summer.

Pros:

Muy cómodo en todos los aspectos pero lo mejor: el personal de recepción. Tengo un problema de salud que hace que me afecten los olores de productos químicos, por lo que siempre pido que no se usen productos en mi habitación, no se pongan sábanas y se ventile muy bien la habitación. Esta última vez hubo un problema de coordinación y se me asignó, por error, una habitación sin preparación especial, y por desgracia mi salud se vio bastante afectada. Pero lo que realmente hace grandes a los seres humanos no es el no equivocarse ( eso es imposible) sino cómo reaccionan ante las equivocaciones y aquí es por lo que les doy el 10 , porque me mostraron una gran empatía, asumieron su error y me lo compensaron ( GRACIAS). Volveré cada vez que vaya a Valencia y lo recomiendo totalmente.
