Pros:

We didn’t expect this place to be as good as it was — what a fantastic surprise! The restaurant was superb. The location made it so easy to get everywhere, and it felt much less expensive and touristy than staying right in the centre.

L'hotel dispone di ogni tipo di servizio, le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e molto pulite. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. La colazione è buona e varia. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere il mare sia per l'ingresso in autostrada.

All’interno struttura moderna, camera ampia, bagno comodo, pulito e anche molto bello, kit cortesia, phon come quello di casa (finalmente un phon serio ) crema per il corpo, balsamo, ecc! Tv schermo piatto! Non manca nulla ! Ah in struttura si mangia benissimo, lo dico da ligure😉 della provincia di Imperia! Tutto ottimo!!!!davvero soddisfatta! Posizionebuona per ospedale Gaslini

Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole, nonostante alcuni dettagli migliorabili.

Mi è piaciuta molto l’accoglienza: il personale è stato gentile, premuroso e sempre disponibile. La camera e la struttura era elegante e moderna. Ho apprezzato molto il kit cortesia, completo anche di accappatoio, spazzolino, ciabatte e altri accessori utili.

Cons:

La camera non era super pulita. In stanza faceva caldo nonostante il riscaldamento fosse spento e i cuscini purtroppo non erano comodi. Inoltre, la colazione, considerando il prezzo richiesto, poteva essere migliore e più abbondante. C’erano poche indicazioni sull’utilizzo della macchinetta del caffè in camera e sulle capsule, non era chiaro se fossero comprese o a pagamento. Lo stesso vale per l’acqua: abbiamo trovato due bottiglie fuori dal mini frigo bar, ma non era specificato se fossero incluse nel prezzo o da pagare a parte.

Esperienza deludente e pericolosa.
Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato un grave problema: alcune prese elettriche non funzionavano correttamente e, nel momento in cui ho staccato il caricatore, ho ricevuto una forte scossa elettrica, tanto da far scattare il salvavita dell'intero impianto.
Ho immediatamente riferito l’accaduto alla reception, ricevendo come unica risposta un semplice “mi dispiace”, senza alcuna presa in carico o verifica dell’accaduto.
In seguito all’episodio, il mio caricatore originale Apple si è rotto, e non ho ricevuto alcun tipo di risarcimento né attenzione in merito.
Un comportamento inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un problema serio legato alla sicurezza elettrica, che mette a rischio l’incolumità degli ospiti.
Sconsiglio vivamente la struttura finché non saranno eseguiti i necessari controlli e adeguamenti.
