Zimmer war nicht Rollstuhlgerecht, wie beschrieben.
Handtuchheizkörper ca. 1 ,20 Hoch fiel auf mich, ich stürzte mit dem Kopf auf die Marmorkante vom Wachbecken und dann auf den Boden mit 1 Guß, da amputiert.
Blutüberströmt rief ich den Empfang an, der brachte mir das kleinste Pflaster, aber kein Wort des Bedauern oder einer Emtschuldigung
