Pros:

The room did not sleep 6. The sofa was not a sleeper. The room look nothing like the pictures. The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break.

Pros:

The property looks good in photos but it desperately needs a deep clean. Carpets were stained and the floor was sticky.
We didn’t end up staying but the owner graciously refunded us.

I wouldn’t stay at PlanURstay again.
Pros:

Property is poorly maintained. Big burn hole in couch, stains everywhere. Broken window closure so you couldn’t fully close the window. Closet doors were off their tracks… Broken lights, just extremely poorly kept place. Representatives are hard to understand.

Pros:

Avoid, avoid. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment building. After a10 hr journey I arrived at 7pm and the only people there are security, who were not expecting me. They were very polite and tried to be helpful, but they couldn't get hold of anyone, not could I. I had to go to my evening appointment but it turned out the reservation had been cancelled and no one told me till I got an email at 8.30pm.
Save yourself the anguish and choose a normal hotel, that employ staff on site.

The room we got was not the one we had reserved. We reserved a 3 bedroom (1 king, 2 queen) family apartment. When we got there we got a 3 bedroom but the 3rd bedroom was more like an office and instead of a queen bed it was a single trundle bed. For a family apartment that sleeps 6 it also only had a 4 person table for eating and no chairs at the counter bar top. The living room also only sat 4 people comfortably. Linens and towels were clean but the overall cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. It was very outdated and clear that repairs were needed in areas.

There was some reservation confusion, but they were happy to resolve in a timely manner. One bathroom did not have functional lights but there were other bathrooms available. Close to the train station. Very cleanly and nice area

To find a nice condo is a nice way to spend a vacation. This wasn't it. This was absolutely disappointing.

Bedding and dishes were dirty, stained mattresses, master bedroom bed was broken, towel rack was missing, shower rod held on wall by being stuff tight with paper towel, burnt electrical outlet, bathroom door that doesn't close, broken lamp switch, no towels whatsoever, sparse kitchen utensils/bowls/cups, curtains, smoke alarm that was taped ....etc....but if a picture says a thousand words, then hoping I can add some pictures here.

The property was a luxury apartment located on Penthouse floor. The view was fantastic along with the surrounding area which was all walking distance: mall, gorcery, dining, galleries, etc. Everything was very clean besides a few smudges on the glass windows.

The check-in process was a little confusing at first. It's contactless. So you park. Find the room youre staying in. Grab the key. And that's it.

The only thing about the room. The air conditioning didn't seem to get very cold. Not a big deal since you could simply open a window or balcony door for the time of year we went. And little things like kitchen knives were dull. There was no spatula or sheet pan for baking. Quality of furniture is decent.

Literally, that's it. Everything else was outstanding. I would easily recommend staying here. You can't find better value elsewhere. I would stay again within a heartbeat. It's a very nice area with a ton of activities to do. Don't pass up on this one!

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

The place was very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pictures of the property did not match the one we stayed, however the facilities were as described and the place we stayed was actually larger.
The place was quite clean and located in a great area, very close to the mall. There wasn't a large number of amenities and dishes but it was still sufficient.
The host was very helpful and was easy to reach. Also really appreciated having parking being made available to use in the underground parking lot.
Would be happy to stay again.

Pros:

We were “upgraded” to a two bedroom apartment in a different building. A reason was not given for the change. This apartment was the dirtiest place we have ever seen! Rusty fixtures, stained carpet, mold & dust next to the refrigerator, an order and more. We could not sleep there and left after a few hours. A refund was guaranteed after communicating with the rental representative. So far the refund has not been received.

The dishes in the cupboard were not cleaned properly and we had to re-wash them
The towels were still in the dryer and not finished yet.
We had to wash the bed covers before using them
For 6 nights there were just one toilet paper roll in each washroom

Pleasant experience, clean facility, great hospitality. The view was amazing. As we were a family of five we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the bedroom privacy. We also enjoyed the access to underground parking. Wonderful experience overall and would definitely return.
