The room was nice
We had to pay for parking, fire detector was going off, some staff was a little rude when called about example detector

The surrounding area is a little sketchy with warehouses and such.
Staff is friendly. That is the only plus A lot of family's are this hotel. i was told that insurance companies place families there for home damage etc. I dont believe what I was told. If you are on business stay some where else. Someone cooked fish in room, Entire floor smelled disgusting. Hotel needs to be refreshed.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchens need updating and so do the bathrooms. The breakfast was good but wish there were more hot choices and didn't repeat every other day. The breakfast staff were very attentive and always kept the food available.
This place is a dump!! Carpets are filthy, tv doesn’t even turn toward the bed. If it weren’t so late in the evening, I’d leave! Ceiling fan looks like on my grandmothers had. The hotel is very outdated and just gross! Save your money! Definitely will not be eating the free breakfast in the morning!
The breakfast was just right. Perfect number of choices.
Great room. Extra big. Will definitely stay again. Got a little loud in morning. But its ok. Breakfast was decent. My shampoo and conditioner wasnt refilled. Glad i had some with me. Otherwise no issues.
Clean. Well kept. Updated rooms. Pool and hot tub were nice. Close to a lot of food/highways. Not “off the beaten path” as some have been saying. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of options. Don’t listen to the complainers. Eggs, sausage, marinated meat, wraps, yogurt, fruit, bread, waffles etc.
Second bedrooms bathroom smelt a bit. Could have been the curtain to the shower (always wet/damp, let’s be real). Otherwise no complaints. $10 a day for parking. I get it, but plenty of parking.
Suites are large & clean. Parking costs extra. Close to airport. Like the late check out time for traveling.
Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Hilton Standards
We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Warwick, RI for a family trip to attend my niece’s wedding. As a long-time Hilton customer with many positive past experiences, I was expecting the usual high standard. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing.
Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until nearly 1:00 AM. I had called ahead to confirm our reservation would be honored, and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, the room we were given (Room 100) was in unacceptable condition: it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and something else unpleasant, a broken bedroom door that wouldn’t close, and a loose electrical outlet.
When we asked to switch rooms the next morning, we were told nothing was available and were only offered to have the room sprayed—which did nothing to help. It wasn’t until the second morning, after complaining again, that we were moved to Room 101. While this room was much better, one of the toilets was clogged upon arrival.
Most frustrating was the lack of any acknowledgment or apology from staff. Even after housekeeping confirmed the original room should not have been rented, no one expressed any concern or offered any form of compensation or sincere customer service.
This was by far the worst Hilton stay I’ve ever experienced, and it has caused us to seriously reconsider staying with the brand in the future.
