Beautiful older hotel with huge grounds to walk and have pool time. A stunning bar inside!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. The bar is the prettiest I have ever seen! Everyone was very helpful and kind in every area. Rooms were very clean and we loved sitting around the pool for a drink.

Cons:

The hotel is enormous and had a musty odor.
. We were not there the right time of year to have access to air conditioning so our room was extremely hot even with the windows open since the sun came into our side of the hotel, there wasn't a break until morning for a breeze to come through the window.

Das Frühstück war exzeptionell – sehr umfangreich und von hoher Qualität.
Das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen höflich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmerausstattung insgesamt war hochwertig und komfortabel.
Das Badezimmer war sehr stilvoll und auf gehobenem Niveau ausgestattet.
Kleinere Mängel wurden nach Hinweis umgehend und professionell behoben (z. B. Austausch eines lauten Kühlschranks).
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurden Teller teilweise sehr schnell abgeräumt – hier wäre etwas mehr Zurückhaltung bzw. Einfühlungsvermögen wünschenswert.
Es standen keine Streamingdienste über das TV-System zur Verfügung – in dieser Preisklasse (ca. 800 € pro Nacht) wäre dies aus meiner Sicht zeitgemäß.
Die Dusche verfügte nur über eine kleine Schutzwand, sodass das Badezimmer beim Duschen deutlich nass wurde – hier wäre eine bessere, ggf. flexible Lösung sinnvoll.
Trotz ausdrücklicher Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer lag dieses zum Bootsanleger des Hotels, wodurch regelmäßig Motorengeräusche (bis etwa Mitternacht) bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar waren.
Die Nachttischlampe war vom Bett aus nicht bedienbar und zudem als Leselicht ungeeignet, da sie den gesamten Raum ausleuchtete und somit andere Personen störte.

Die Hotelanlage ist toll!

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant war extrem schlecht. Auf eine Flasche Wein über 1 Std. gewartet und dann war diese auch noch warm. Essen hat bis zu 2 Std. gedauert. Keiner war informiert! Planloser Service im Restaurant. An der Rezeption lief alles schief. Es wurden uns 11 Zimmer gezeigt, alle ohne Couch für Kind...obwohl wir die Buchung extra so angegeben hatten. Einchecken war in Summe ein Unterfangen von 2 Std.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub zu unserem Hochzeitstag.

Cons:

Shuttle sollte früher fahren. Wenn man in der Früh ins Zentrum oder zum Flughafen will, muss man ein teures Taxi nehmen.

A true palace in its own island, like living a dream
Pros:

The lush, expansive gardens are simply unmatched, as are the activities on offer – from cycling around the island and reading while watching the sunset, to playing tennis or taking peaceful walks. It’s an experience that’s almost impossible to find anywhere else in Venice.
The rooms were spacious, and as the hotel has been recently refurbished, everything is in perfect condition. The main building feels like a palace, with its wide corridors and magnificent staircases adorned with Murano chandeliers – giving the impression of living in a royal residence.
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious – plentiful without being wasteful, striking exactly the right balance in every respect.

Cons:

As the hotel is only a few years past its inauguration, it still feels as though certain aspects could be further refined. If you’re hungry and not especially patient, I would advise against dining at the bar. We tried on three occasions, and the shortest waiting time from order to service was 45 minutes — once exceeding an hour — far too long for a simple club sandwich.
In addition, special requests don’t always seem to be properly noted. I asked for fresh milk to be kept in the minibar throughout my stay; it was only provided on the first day and again on the day I reminded them. On the remaining days, there was none. A minor detail, perhaps, but one that feels out of place in a hotel of such otherwise impeccable standards.

Sono stato tante volte in questa struttura, la prima volta 19 anni fa e quando ritorno è sempre TOP
Pros:

Colazione e cena al TOP. Pace indescrivibile sull'isola. Lo staff premuroso e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La chiesa (una delle prime costruzioni sull'isola) è incantevole.

Cons:

Aggiornerei la tecnologia nelle stanze. Interruttori, comandi e placche sono datati e in plastica. Parlando con il personale ci è stato comunicato che durante la chiusura invernale sarà eseguito un profondo restyling alle camere.
