The location was great.

Cons:

The service was really not great, we ordered room service which was really awful. In a 5 star hotel I would expect the TV to be a smart TV.

Beautiful building and stunning grounds on its own island with great facilities. Would return but needs staff improvements.

Cons:

The staff seemed inattentive and lacked proactively. Was left waiting ages for drinks or coffees at breakfast and had several instances where the service was sub-par for the standard and price of the stay.

We fed back to the hotel and the Manager was helpful and provided a partial refund.

Svakako za preporuku uz odredjene sugestije radi unapređenja po svim parametrima

Lokacija samog objekta kao i njegova funkcionalnost, očuvana stara arhitektura prilagođena savreneno vremenu , izvanredna konekcija od hotela do centra Venecije,

Cons:

Jako losa organizacija personalna/konobora , pogotovu u noćnom restoranu (večera u bašti do doka), malo bolja u restoranu kod bazena ali takodje nedovoljno obučeni i prilagođeni potrebama gosta, jako dugo se čeka na uslugu.

Memorable, personal and world class stunning!
Pros:

Having been here before with young children, my husband on a mini break and my parents before this place never disappoints- fantastic personal service, beautiful surrounds, gorgeous pool and spa and such a good helpful team.

We can’t wait to come back to this world class hotel!

Great resort-style stay in Venice.
Pros:

The privacy of the island and staff behaviour was fantastic.

Cons:

It’s a 15-minute boat ride to Venice San Marco Dock which can make things tricky at times, but not a major issue.
