Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could be a bit more varied. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Miejsce niezgodnie z prawem pobrało kaucję w wysokości 50EUR i straszy pobraniem 250EUR więcej za wyrzucanie zużytych wkładów do iqosa do śmietnika hotelowego, mówiąc że złamaliśmy zakaz palenia w obiekcie. Nikt nie palił w pokoju, zwyczajnie były wyrzucone wkłady do śmietnika. Nie było żadnego alarmu czujnika dymu lub czegokolwiek. Brak jakichkolwiek dowodów na palenie w obiekcie.

Excellent place to stay in Vilnius, but take a sleeping mask with you, so nothing will disturb your sleep.
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect, just in the Old town. The parking is in 2 min walk. Staff is friendly, beds are comfortable, air conditioner works well and it was perfectly cool in the room during the night.

Cons:

The fire alarm sensor on the ceiling was blinking every 10 sec all the night very brightly, that I didn’t like.

Good hotel, friendly staff, but unfriendly shower setup.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed

Cons:

The shower is uncomfortable: The setup of the shower is such that it's unavoidable to have the bathroom covered with water after every shower, rendering the place slippery; it pushes you to stand at the very end of the shower while taking a shower, to reduce the problem. But that's exactly the spot where you stand least steadily. Could be dangerous for elderly people.

Ein gelungener Urlaub! Danske an das Hotelpersonal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstück war super! Vielfältig, lecker, frisch! Zimmergröße und Ausstattung 1a. Auch die Lage war sehr bequem zum erkunden der Stadt.

Pros:

Rene og moderne rom. Bra størrelse på soverom og bad.

Cons:

Frokosten manglet en god del i forhold til hva vi er vant til etter å ha overnattet på hoteller over hele Europa. Det var litt skuffende. Manglet prisliste på minibar. Derfor brukte vi den ikke. Det var opplyst ved innsjekking at det var room service, men når vi kom på rommet fant vi ingen info eller priser på dette.

Excente opción en Vilnius.
Pros:

Habitación moderna y muy limpia.
Ubicación perfecta al lado del centro histórico y cerca de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

Las toallas dw baño no eran de muy buena calidad, muy finas.
