Excellent and well kept property. The only complaint I have is that my room was filled with the stench of Cigarette. The front desk was kind enough to give me another, better room at a moments notice without asking a single question. I highly recommend Ocean Pearl Inn Kapilad for your stay. The restaurants are amazing, food is delicious and the breakfast was superb.

The service of the staff is excellent especially support staff except the front desk. I have to wait for a long time for check in even though i had a booking and reached after 12 pm . I was forced to leave the property after the first day even after my request during check in.
Clean large rooms. All footings are new& working!!very good breakfast. Dinner at the Asian restaurant had good service & excellent food. Chef Gopal made some great sushi. Liked it better than what we ate in Japan! Server Jayashree was very courteous & looked after us well
This was my second visit. My earlier visit, last year, was great as the hotel was new. This time around I found several small cockroaches which I reported to the Reception and nothing was done about it. I had to buy pesticides to spray around my suitcase as I did not want to import cockroaches into Canada. Also the reception staff were not able to understand English in its entirety. They were pleasant and kept saying "yes sir" to everything without actually understanding what I was asking. I doubt I will stay there in future. The breakfast was good and the staff overall was very pleasant .
