Pros:

Good location, comfortable and the food was good

Cons:

Not much, parking was in the car park behind the hotel, slight inconvenience but that was fine.
Not much going on in town especially as it was raining but found a nice bar

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were met with a smile at check in and the young man answered all of our questions. He made check in a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Cons:

We did have one little snafu during our stay. We were in town for our nieces baptism and needed to be leaving the hotel by 9 AM. After I took a shower I plugged the hair dryer in to blow dry my hair while my husband showered. The hair dryer blew the fuse or flipped the breaker leaving my husband in the dark. I called downstairs and they assured me that they would get it taken care of ASAP. They couldn't get into the breaker panel because it was locked so they couldn't fix it. It was quite funny to us and we were not upset, we adjusted and made it on time (with wet hair!) The manager did call us and apologize and even credited us our over night parking fees! Although unnecessary it was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, easy, and staff is friendly and attentive.
Pros:

It's the best breakfast in the area. The servers are sweet and attentive and it's a great view in the morning. I can't wait to see the new site when the addition is built.

Cons:

This really is the easiest and most comfortable place to stay on campus. A nit-pick is I wish the sprinkler didn't flash at night. I see this in a lot of hotels now so i doubt there is a choice.

I could hear the people in the adjoining room through the walls. I could hear the people above us walking around. Paper-thin walls and floors

EXCEPTIONAL
Pros:

During our recent stay at IHG Tallahassee, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy that was extended to my husband and me. From the seamless check-in process to every aspect of our stay surpassed our expectations. Your staff members went over and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

Furthermore, we must commend IHG for its commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. The property is excellent and has a fantastic old-time charm. We will be recommending IHG to our family and friends!

AWFUL
Cons:

We had no hot water!!!! Called to find out why and was told that we should have been i formed that this particular room doesn't have hot water. Reserved this room for the balcony, it was a nasty view, dumpsters, equipment etc. Woke up next morning getting out of cold shower walk out to room and find a construction worker in a lift on our Balcony!!!! Will never stay at this property again

On the surface it looks clean, but I found it was dirty underneath. We won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The bed in my room was filthy. The sheets were not changed as there were head and pubic hairs in between the sheets. Pillow cases smelled bad. I called room service to change sheets only to find worse things lying underneath. The fitted mattress cover was brown, stained, and filthy, worst yet the mattress itself had two very disgusting brown stains on it - I have the pics to prove it. Long disgusting story, short, they gave me another room after I refused to sleep in that disgusting bed.

Cons:

Attention to cleanliness of the room I was in was poor at best. Person who showed up to change my sheets smelled like cigarettes and sweat. Pillow cases smelled like sweat, which make me think the staff does not change them as they should. I spoke to management about all of this. I hope they make some changes.

Hotel Indigo is our first choice in hotel stays in Tallahassee. Occasionally the rates are way over our budget, but when we can, we will book here. The staff is always friendly and professional. We have no complaints.
