Nos invitaron a desayunar por una confusión que hubo con el check-in.

Cons:

Estuvimos esperando media hora para hacer el check-in, mientras la recepcionista daba indicaciones a otros clientes en un mapa. Finalmente nos dijo que no podía hacernos el check-in porque todavía no era la hora. Hubiera estado bien que hubiera pospuesto las indicaciones y nos hubiera advertido de esta circunstancia.

Desilusión
Pros:

Ubicación e instalaciones.

Cons:

Nos alojamos pensando que tendrían la piscina abierta y resulta que su apertura la tienen prevista para mediados de junio. Por otra parte reservamos 2 noches y tuvimos la mala suerte que el 2 día cortaron el agua desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 15:30, haciendo la estancia un tanto incómoda por razones obvias ya que nos alojamos cinco personas. Por lo demás y el personal correcto.

Hotel bastante correcto para quedarte a las afueras de Murcia
