Clean facility, great breakfast, customer service desk could be friendlier.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Great choices, hot and flavorfull

Cons:

Front staff was rude during check in. Stated I didn’t have reservations when in reality I did. I had to get another team member because attitude was poor. I almost left without utilizing my reservation because of poor customer service.

Pros:

Hotel was minutes away from Fort Wayne airport. The was close to restaurants. Close to major highways.

Cons:

Breakfast on Saturday started at 7 am. We had a early flight and had no chance for breakfast

This hotel is in a decently safe location and it was a great value, but the hotel could use some spi

The breakfast was pretty good and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but the tables in the eating area were horrible. If you lean on them, you spill drinks and that happened to us. It was a nightmare trying to eat down there.
There were few options for “nightlights” even in the restroom.
The caulk in the shower needed redone and the bottom of the bathtub was clean but very very rough like sandpaper so I didn’t let my kids sit down in the bath.
