Grosses, sauberes Zimmer / reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

- Grosses, sauberes Zimmer
- Riesiges Bad
- Einladendes, vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet
- kostenlose Parkplätze

Cons:

- kaltes Bad (warmes Zimmer)
- Ruhetag (Montag) wurde weder mündlich/persönlich noch via Nachricht auf dem Zimmer kommuniziert! Die Info war lediglich am Vorabend beim verschlossenen Hoteleingang angeschlagen
- das Frühstück fand am Ruhetag auswärts statt
- Anlieferung beim angrenzenden EDEKA morgens zwischen 5.00 - 7.00
- offerierte Mineralflasche sowie die Trinkgläser standen gebraucht nach der 1. Nacht während des ganzen Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) leer im Zimmer!
- die Prospekte vom Bad Krozingen in der Eingangshalle stammten aus 2021

Hotel und Service gut und sehr gut. Kaufm. Personal überfordert mit der UMBUCHUNG.

Das ganze Anwesen ist gut und gut geführt.
Das Stornieren oder Umbuchen von einem 3 Bettzimmer in ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer war zu kompliziert.
Das Stornieren hat nicht funktioniert und das Umbuchen hat nicht funktioniert. Probleme des Kaufmännischen-Personals.

Cons:

Das Stornieren oder Umbuchen von einem 3 Bettzimmer in ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer war zu kompliziert.
Das Stornieren hat nicht funktioniert und das Umbuchen hat auch nicht funktioniert. Probleme des Kaufmännischen-Personals.
Die Rechnungsschreibung war dann mit 660 Euro an Booking.com und 774 Euro an an das Heuboden-Hotel.
Die Empfangs-Dame und ihre Chefin waren überfordert.
Jetzt hoffen, dass wir diese 660 Euro von Booking.com zurück zu bekommen.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend, das Bad war sehr gut.
Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl an Produkten, sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Je nach Zimmer ist es durch die Discothek etwas laut und nervig.

Cons:

Trifft nicht zu.

śniadanie bardzo dobre ,można wybrać wszystko co się spodoba

W przypadku wcześniejszego pobytu musieliśmy wyjechać bardzo wcześnie. Uzgodniłem z personelem , że będzie przygotowane śniadanie w postaci suchego prowiantu. Było co prawda, ale bardzo ubogie. Moim zdanie zbyt mało kanapek i słabo urozmaicone, brak warzyw i jedna śliwka ,słodki gazowany napój, który moim zdaniem nie nadawał się do picia. Byliśmy tym śniadaniem rozczarowani.

Gerne komme ich wieder, allerdings nicht in der Suite.
Pros:

Mir hat vor allem das Nette Personal gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Aufgeschlossene Art und Freundlichkeit der Asiatischen Dame beim Frühstück Top Top Top.

Cons:

Ich fand es schade das es im Zimmer Spinnenweben in den Ecken hatte, ebenfalls waren die Handtücher nicht 100% Sauber, was aber nicht allzu tragisch war. Auch der Wirlpool war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
