Pros:

Location was good and peaceful with serene surrounding. Ample parking.

Cons:

Poor facilities such as bathroom and living room not working on one ocation short circuit occured. The bedsheet was not cleaned as there were stain and unwanted mark. The TV remote not working and kettle also not working we had to asked for replacement. Only one staff to manage everything. In conclusion the hotel was poorly manage.

Cons:

I don't like the attitude of the staff who are not at the reception counter and even though they know that the room has a bathroom light that cannot be used, they still give us the same room. When we asked to change rooms, we got a room with only two single beds. The reason for the bathroom light is that the maintenance is on holiday that day. So, do I pay to get a room without a bathroom light?

Saya bagi 4 sebab Aircond sejuk beku, cuma bnyak kene improved..

Kuala nerang takde pilihan hotel, so kalo nk stay lagi saya dh tahu apa yg perlu saya bawak atau pon untuk orang akan baca review saya ni.. 1day masuk mesti kene gotong royong sikit ntuk keselesaan hahaha, bawak spray pewangi kedai rm2.. sarung cadar & bantal cadar, & tuala.. kalo nk selesa lagi kene bawak penyapu sendiri terus sebab bilik berhabuk 🤣

Bagi saya hotel ni ok, tapi saya kene jujur untuk review supaya pihak pengurusan dapat improve.

1.(LOCK PINTU) ni yang paling saya nk review sangat2, lock pintu jenis tombol ni orang boleh bukak pakai kad dari luar.. bila kita bercuti mesti kita akan bawak barang banyak lagi2 pulang time raya ni. Then untuk security bila tido malam tu, LOCK dari dalam xde!! Sangat2 bahaya lah sebab area hotel ni sunyi sngat2, risau tengah tido orang masuk samun ke apa.. saya setiap malam tidoo letak kerusi belakang pintu untuk berjaga2.

2.(SAWANG LABAH) Dinding dalam toilet penuh dengan sawang labah2 macam hotel yang dah lama xde orang masuk, saya dh book 2-3bulan awal rasanya xkan hk xleh nak prepare siap2 blik lagi.. sebab saya stay 5 malam then saya jadi hk sendiri bukak bidet air and tembak je sawang2 tu adoi.

3.(TOILET SEAT COVER) jujur saya cakap ni seat cover toilet yg paling kotor and jijik saya tengok.. berkerak oi geli betol

4.(WATER HEATER) benda pertama saya masuk hotel ni saya check wh ni, untuk keselamatan keluarga saya.. saya test button trip memang working elcb test tapi, water supply dari inlet leaking so untuk keselamatan, saya tutup suis wh and 5 malam stay takde guna wh
