Loved the staff, the bed, exercise mat and the free minibar

Cons:

Our room was unexpectedly noisy for a Tuesday & Wednesday night - so avoid the second floor facing the street.

The Avani was a well appointed and good value hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We had a room facing the front of the hotel and it was very quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was full of delicious selections. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a woderful stay in Frankfurt.

Die Lage und das Frühstück habend gerettet, wenn das Frühstück nicht gut gewesen wäre, wäre ich definitiv zur Rezeption,

Die Lage, sehr Zentral. Parkhaus direkt gegenüber und das Frühstück. Zimmergrösse auch gut.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht wirklich in Ordnung.
Decke beim Badezimmer, dreckig, Haare klebten oben und gelblicher Schmutz. Dann Fenster war nicht ganz dicht, Kühlschrank macht Lärm, denn musste mann ausstecken. Der Stromschalter neben dem Bett machte ebenfalls ein tickendes Geräusch, mussten die Stromkarte rausziehen über Nacht. Wasserhahn klemmt etwas, muss extrem Kraft aufwenden.

Der Herr, bei welchem wir das Check-in betrieben haben, war zwar schnell, und effizient, aber kein einziges lächeln. Beim Frühstück am ersten Tag dasselbe, zuerst hat dich kein Mitarbeiter angeschaut und gegrüsst, erst nachdem ich den Blickkontakt gesucht habe und gegrüsst habe, ging es dann plötzlich ab dem 2. Tag.
