Not only was the property pristine, they gave me a room on the first floor! Perfect for my dog.

The staff here are very friendly. My check in and out was quick and easy. The resteraunt in the back has friendly staff and good food.

Location was easy to find, clean and the front desk Richard was very helpful and nice upon the late arrival. I would recommend anyone to stay here and the late check in. I will return again.

Had a great experience at this location! The staff was friendly and very engaging. Damion, Janie, and Valerie were the absolute best. Our room was nice, though the shower water ran brown initially, but after running for a spell it cleared up. The shower control valve also got stuck, so we left it up. Otherwise, all else was good. Mom especially liked the French toast at brunch🥰

Very good customer service check in was fast and easy the man at the front desk helped us as fast as what we can do for our visit to Little Rock while visiting our granddaughter everything was nice and clean .

Stayed Xmas Eve. Damion was incredibly helpful at the desk, restaurant stayed open when though it’s Xmas Eve and no one’s here. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Little Rock Presidential Downtown from December 21st to December 22nd, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful.

The hotel is genuinely dog friendly, which meant everything to us. Our fur babies were unfortunately sick during our stay and had a couple of accidents, but the staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to keep our pets comfortable, which made a stressful situation so much easier. That level of compassion truly stood out.

Damian and the entire front desk staff were welcoming, hospitable, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They offered great local food recommendations, including Flying Fish, where we went for dinner. It was such a cute, homey spot with great, authentic food — we absolutely loved it.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel was also very quiet, which made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the kitchen staff and server were quick, efficient, kind, and pleasant. Everything was well organized and enjoyable.

Between the excellent downtown location, quiet atmosphere, outstanding staff, and genuine care shown to both us and our pets, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It also offers great value for the quality of service, comfort, and amenities provided. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Little Rock — especially those traveling with pets.

Richard the front desk clerk was very helpful and professional from the jump & Ra assisted me and my pals with our bags! The establishment was very sanitized and urban decor set the vibe off! 10/10 would book a million times again! :-)
