Location and cost
Its Philadelphia, but unfortunately it was where I had to be
It's cool quiet area and very close to the train station. The room was pretty good and clean.
What I didn't like was the staff let the police and another person who had the room before me harass me and my husband. After speaking with me down stairs the police and then the man followed me outside still questioning me then he apologized but while I'm outside They went searching my room for an iPad something that happened before we got there 😔. That scared my husband cause he not from America and we are Muslims and nobody wants to be accused of something they have no idea of what happening and they don't have a microwave in the room. Oh and they charged 100 dollar deposit fee that should be discussed on which Ever Site In Big Bold Letters
It was conveniently accessable to downtown are and transportation
No complaints
It was a good experience overall and a nice hotel. The staff are nice and courteous and make you feel at home while you are there.
Location not far from liberty bell and independence hall.
Not a lot of variety in food options

Room was 78 degrees, called the front desk and they said maintenance wasn't there on weekends. Took us to another room and it was 85. Room upstairs had a party all night and we called many times to front desk. Elevator was next to us and so loud.
Homeless shelter next door to hotel and parking was 2 blocks away.

Muy buena ubicación frente al centro de convenciones de Filadelfia
No hay parqueo gratis para los huéspedes
No hay parqueo temporal si vas en vehículo para ingresar al lobby y hacer el registro
Very poor experience. Parking costs are outrageous, hotel smelled like marijuana all day and night, coffee machine was out of order, food was minimal for breakfast, no rollout was available for our 5th guest so he had to sleep on the ground, no cleaning service or garbage removal for three days. The worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
We were here 3 nights, no car, no rideshare, no bicycles, left the private jet at home. It may help with context.
Location: Perfect for us. Less than a 10 minute walk from Jefferson Station coming in on the airport line. We arrived after 11pm and I wondered what the neighborhood would be like, but it was a safe, quiet walk. We walked a LOT during our time and thought this site was central (as the neighborhood area is in fact called) - northwest to the museum, south to some cultural sights, etc. I took the subway system once as well and that was minutes away too. And it's very close to tourist fave Reading Terminal Market. We didn't visit the Historic District on this visit, but I'm sure we would have enjoyed walking there too.
Room: This is probably as swanky as Days Inn gets. When you walk in you see the space is mostly divided by a wall, bathroom and sink straight ahead, beds on the other side. This was helpful for us because I could get ready in the morning without the sink light potentially waking my kid up. We had a coffeemaker in the room so I was happy.
Breakfast: I never partook, and there wasn't much, but all the same with the Reading Terminal Market steps away and a number of good coffeeshops in the vicinity I had no desire to partake of it no matter what they served.
I've read others' reviews and have to mention: yes, you will see homeless people on the streets, not least because there is a shelter of sorts close by. On cold nights (and it was below freezing for essentially our entire stay) you will see them bundled up. My emotional response was one of heartbreak, not fear. I guess not everyone shares my feelings. Nobody spoke to us. For what it's worth the Days Inn door has keycard entry.
If I return to Philadelphia I know exactly where I expect to stay.
