Perfect for a few days stopover. Good connections. Nice shopping mall.
Pros:

The hotel has two towers; one on each side of the park/square.
I normally stay in tower 2; where the pool is. But tower 1 is also good! Spacious room. Light blocking curtains. Bath. Nice shower.
There is a nice shopping mall including restaurants, beautiful shops and a big supermarket.
Lightrail (LRT) station and busstops are very closeby; including the airport-bus that uses the new tunnel between Tuen mun and the airport. Very quick & handy connection with the phenomenal HK int. airport.
MTR towards Tuen mun / Yuen long, Tsuen wan Tsim sha shui is at walking distance (or can be reached within 2 LRT stops).
By LRT you can also go to the Wetland park in the north of Tin shui wai; 4 stops.

Pros:

The front desk was able to accommodate my request to switch from a carpeted room to one with a tiled floor, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shops and eateries.

Cons:

The hotel reeked of stale cigarette smoke from the moment I stepped into the elevator. The elevator carpet also appeared dirty and poorly maintained, with visible stains and grime. It was already a bad sign to see “No Smoking” labels posted on every single elevator button.

Even though I stayed on a non-smoking floor, the hallway was still filled with cigarette odor. The room itself was a decent size, but the bathroom was clearly overdue for renovation. The shower curtain smelled unpleasant, and I am quite certain it had not been replaced or properly cleaned after the previous guest checked out.

My sister stayed in a carpeted room and had a similarly uncomfortable experience. She said the carpet felt damp, to the point that she could not comfortably walk barefoot or even in socks.

Pros:

Staff disponibile e tempestivo nel risolvere un problema con l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. La struttura si trova in un bel quartiere residenziale circondata da mall, negozi ecc ma purtroppo molto distante dal centro di Hong-Kong
