Disappointing, Not value for money!!!
Cons:

we have been staying in your hotel three times between 17/11 - 07/12/2025, each time we are back, the service is getting worse, especially the last stay, the room is not clean as a 4 star hotel which is advertised online. It’s Not value for money at all!!! Please consider the loyalty of the customers and a better customer service!!!

It was ok
Pros:

How helpful the staff was and how fast they act.

Cons:

Aircon was not good and also no complimentary water in rooms, we were stuck in the hotel for longer than expected during the typhoon and no water or snack was provided to guests or provide extra chairs resulting in us standing for long periods of time and also having to sit on stairs cases.
