Booking.com told me it's a 3☆ I'm booked. A day before I go there I find out it's a 2☆ hotel.

Cons:

My room 204 was good and clean, but when I opened top on the wash basin, black colour water came out for a minute.

Totally poor hotel for family. No fan working, no bathroom door lock, no lift 3 floor hotel. No parking facility.

Cons:

When i book at booking site i chose car Parking and lift but at hotel no car parking and lift, desktop parson talking too much time to give room we already 2 hours late.

Staff at the reception counter was not at all good nor cooperative.Just ask him to show the room before check in but the person was shouting and tell ing is to pay first and then will show the room.we have booked room for 2 days and was forcing to pay all amount at the time of check in
