Fine for a night other than the fluke wakeup!

It wasn’t a good night
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off after midnight and wasn’t taken care of for over an hour as the fire dept couldn’t take care of it and some of the families had little children and baby’s sitting on the floor in the hallways and some people left
I believe that your corporate CEO should refund all of the people that stayed there on April 3 and what good are points as not everyone has a membership and I’d think twice before booking another one of your hotels 😡I know you’re a multimillion $ business and it’s the least you could do is refund everyone
Also the poor woman that had charge of breakfast was so accommodating as best she could with having to replenish coffee and food items along with having to deal with a truckload delivery of food that needed to be refrigerated as soon as possible and trying to take care of all the people she was so upset and apologizing to everybody so she should be compensated as well (she was probably close to retirement age) so sad she was trying to do her best

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful it was very clean and nice. Fun excersie room and pool. Food for breakfast was good. Overall it was ok got a small refund for a bad night.

Cons:

The fire alarm tripped at 11:55pm and woke my entire family up I was forced to wake up my kids and throw on shoes and a blanket carrying my Seven year old all the way to the exit with my 11 and 10 year old scared to death trying to hurry outside in the cold. Very inconvenient!! And it wasn't even a fire it was bad wiring and tripped the alarm.

It's a nice hotel but I'm not sure if I'd return.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn't seem to get housekeeping to pick up used towels and trash. The shower fixture didn't work very well.

Pros:

It’s exactly 1/2way to our destination so we stay 4 nights a year, on the way to Kentucky and on the way back to New Jersey, twice a year.

Cons:

The rate. Would love to pay less!
