The staff was friendly and helpful. As a frequent traveler for Marriott I often request an upgrade for my room and this team made every effort to assist me. Anastasia and Nicole were the ones who really went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Also Frank with the valet staff was prompt and always there with a smile when he retrieved my vehicle. Overall, it was a job well done. Thanks so much for the great hospitality…

We had an incredible experience this visit as well as our visit back in December 2025.
Anastasia at the front desk is incredible, always has a smile on her face and incredibly welcoming.
We found the staff all around was great.
We had great conversations with Grandma Bridget and Portia and others who ran the breakfast, which was delicious.
The room attendants were great as well.
We highly recommend a stay here!

Excellent location we had a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite for our family of 6. Room 212 right above the restaurant/patio and pool. Amazing views and can watch the sunrise from your beds. Zoe's grill food was excellent. Good breakfast with lovely staff, helped my daughter remake waffles after she dropped hers. 5 stars for Frank at valet, excellent friendly service and literally ran to get the vehicle.

The valet Frank was the best. He was so upbeat and pleasant and opened the car door for me every time. He loves his job and it is apparent. The beach location is just wonderful. The staff were all very pleasant. The breakfast was only so so as there was never any variety of the selections. The rooms are very spacious and it is so great to have a washer and dryer in the room.
We did have to switch rooms as the first room was dirty and not what we had paid for. The rooms are a bit dated and tired.

We really liked our 8 day stay. We will definitely come back to this location next time!!
We loved the location, as it is right on the beach and the pool attendant was wonderful and beach attendant was absolutely awesome! We rented beach chairs and he would move the chairs to where ypu wanted them.
It is valet parking only but they are the absolute best. Frank and Antonio knew us by the 2nd day! They would help unload our belongings and even brought the cart up to our room. They would help keep our 2 yr old entertained while waiting for our car to arrive.
Our only disappointments were the breakfast a few of the mornings, the scrambled eggs were runny and cold and then instead of sausage patties or bacon, one morning was diced kielbasa....no one was happy with breakfast that morning. Housekeeping always did a great job of cleaning the room and making sure we had extra towels, but their timing left alot to be desired. It was either 8am and everyone was trying to shower and get ready or it was so late in the day that they were still cleaning our room at 5pm!
Zoe's restaurant had happy hour every night, they also had lunch and dinner, the food was really good, and the speciality drinks were unique and very good, I highly recommend the Zoe's Painkiller.

Everyone was professional, friendly, on the ball, respectful and helpful. Our room was nice and also spacious. We would stay here again.

Frank and the rest of the parking staff went above and beyond every day. They helped made our weeklong vacation a truly wonderful experience with their professional and courteous care.

My family stayed at this hotel longer than we thought we would, and we were so happy with everything! Their service was amazing. Anastasia, the front desk manager, made our stay special with her attention to detail and friendly attitude. We were having renovations at home, which can be stressful for anyone, but our kids were thrilled to be there and thought they were on vacation because of the team’s incredible service. The valet team, Frank and Antonio, were amazing. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone looking for impeccable service.

I had 3 wonderful days at this oceanfront hotel, while visiting a college friend who just moved to the area. I had leisurely beach days to myself before visiting my friend in the evenings. The rooms are HUGE (I had a studio suite which was actually much larger than the room pictured on the reservation site) with a full kitchen, large bathroom and even a washer/dryer in the unit. The room was spotless and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel property is obvious, which extends to the outside bar and pool area.

But what really earns this 5 star review is the customer service culture which is exhibited from the management down to front desk staff, to the bar/restaurant team to the housekeeping staff, to the beach staff....every single employee greets guests warmly and offers to help in any way they can. I didn't have a car and Ubered everywhere but the parking lot attendants are so friendly as well, chatting with them while waiting for Ubers to arrive.

I will be back for sure and thanks to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable!
