The staff at Residence Marriott Pompano beach are wonderful. They cannot do enough for their guest. Adam at the outside patio and restaurant was the Best.His smile,personally and kindness makes you feel so welcomed you want to come back for another stay.

Frank the valet attendant was extremely helpful doing his job outstanding. The hotel in general is great and I love the view from the room. Definitely I'll be back!

The staff at the hotel were beyond incredible! They were helpful, always smiling and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to make this a wonderful vacation for our group. Loved the pool and beach.

Beachfront! Great views of gorgeous beach, great laying out beachside. All staff very friendly & helpful. Different Buffett breakfast every morning. Restaurant onsite excellent food you can eat Oceanside! Lg Pool area, rooms full refrigerator and stove top with all dishes to cook, washer & Dryer in rm! Rooms clean, hotel very tropical. Definitely relaxing enjoyable stay plus Lg. Dog friendly. A true gem

The staff was exceptionally!

We spent a couple of nights and had a great time. No issues on the trip. Room, pool, hot tub and beach access were perfect for our short getaway. Valet service was top notch. Frank was the best! He was always helpful with having our car ready and entertaining our kids with some pickup soccer while we loaded/unloaded.

Loved my stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well stocked. All of the staff was super helpful and kind. The valet service was top tier. Frank always had my car ready for me so quickly and with a huge smile!

The location is great, love seeing the beach as soon as I woke up. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Valet service was perfect. Frank was quick and really nice! I would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful 1 night stay! Great food, friendly staff. Gorgeous views of the beach. Frank our Valet parking guy was very welcoming and also gave great recommendations for local shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel was nice but getting chairs at the pool was a problem. Also dogs should not be allowed at the pool. The constant barking was a bit much. The breakfast in the morning is enough to get something to eat. Didn’t appreciate one of the staff complaining loudly to another person that nobody was tipping them. Also the amount of money charged to valet was on the high side. Charge a few dollars more per room and roll into the cost.

Very relaxing atmosphere, we had a great time. The nicest people ever-always smiling and asking if we need anything. Frank and his crew took the best care of our car and Adam is The Vibe:)

The valet service exceeded my expectations. The attendants were punctual, respectful, and highly organized, ensuring an effortless arrival and departure. If you want to have the worst hotel experience ever then stay here. The rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my life cockroaches in the rooms ,extra charges on my credit card .never again save yourself from this place and stay somewhere else to have an enjoyable experience..

It is with great delight that I share my wonderful experience at the Marriott Residence Inn Pompano Beach Oceanfront Resort. You will not find a more welcoming, helpful, caring, professional, thorough, responsive staff anywhere! This is our “home away from home,” having stayed at the property multiple times over the past few years.

Our stay in 2025 was lovely, thanks largely to three of the property’s staff: Jessica R. Zahn (Operations Manager), Tricia, and Anastasiia. These young, vibrant professionals are the ultimate positive role models in the hospitality industry. Although I have stayed at “fancier” hotels elsewhere in the US and abroad, I’ve simply never encountered the kind of caring hospitality of these talented individuals.

Jessica, in particular, works tirelessly to make sure that each and every guest has a deeply enjoyable stay. Her warmth, caring, and expertise are simply extraordinary.

As an all-suite hotel, the accommodations are spacious and conveniently include a kitchenette (with full size refrigerator) as well as a washer and dryer, both of which are helpful during extended stays. The only “downside” to the property is that it is in need of updating. It is hoped that renovations will be completed by the owners in the next few months or years.
