Great location and close to the Village
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the Village. Overall the property was well maintained.

Cons:

We were greeted by a large rodent that was hanging out around the room door. Some ants were found in the bed and sheets were stained. Some ants were also found in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Hotel. Almost everything was excellent. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the lake and mountains, with the charming atmosphere of a small resort town. The hotel itself has a high-end feel, with stylish modern décor that blends perfectly with natural elements. The rooms are very comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well equipped.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel does not offer breakfast. However, this was not really an issue, as there are several very good cafés and restaurants within walking distance where you can enjoy breakfast.

A comfortable, clean stay in a beautiful location, with breakfast being the only missing amenity
Pros:

The rooms were great—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property is also in a beautiful location right on Big Bear Lake.

Cons:

Although there is a nice restaurant next to the hotel, there is no breakfast option available at the hotel. Having breakfast on-site would make the stay much more convenient, especially in the morning

Pros:

Right on the lake. Staff was exceptional. Our room’s A/C went out the night before. I was notified at 9AM the morning we were to check in. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, but we appreciated the notice before we were headed out. They were very accommodating and offered a full refund if we did not want to stay. We decided to stay anyway and fans were provided and the front desk was oh so helpful and pleasant. Planning on returning this weekend. Thank you!

Pros:
