Hotel Marina Riviera

The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. This is the perfect hotel to visit if you want a view of Big Bear Lake. The amenities are one of a kind with a private beach, come plunge, sauna, and fireplace in some rooms.

This is a nice newly updated hotel that sits on the marina with balconies overlooking the water form every room. It is also right across the street from Big Bear Village with lot's of shops and restaurants. They have a dry sauna, pool and spa, fire pits, and an Italian restaurant attached. Everything we had to the restaurant (breakfast, dinner, cocktails) was excellent and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I normally do not stay at hotels anymore and prefer an Airbnb, but I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful views of the lake, and the staff were so kind and sweet!

The room was not very clean (baseboards were dirty) and the place itself seemed old. In our 1st room, the blinds were shattered in a few places and housekeeping had just finished cleaning. The fact that this was not mentioned or corrected (and the blind shards were left on the window sill) was very sloppy and not worth over $1k spent on the room. The couch was absolutely terrible. it was only comfortable for the kids. For the adults, there was no back rest and the couch itself was short and play-sized. It was not a cozy or comfortable experience. The half door on the shower left the floor in the bathroom soaking wet. All in all, very disappointed and will not return or recommend the place.

The location is excellent. Right by the lake and 2 mins from the Village with beautiful view from the room. Really enjoyed the fire pits outside. The staff is wonderful. The place is very nicely, minimally decorated and superbly clean. Ample parking. 24/7 front desk service.

Internet was down when we arrived so the system was not working for check in. They didn’t make it an issue for us and everything went smoothly.

This hotel is conveniently located on the lake in very close to village shops and restaurants. It is my go to place when visiting Big Bear as the rooms are extremely comfortable and I’ll have a few of the water. Staff is incredibly friendly and will do whatever needed to create the perfect stay for you. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The restaurant bar on site is the perfect place to catch a beautiful sunset. This is a perfect couples getaway spot and my husband and I will continue to make this hotel our go to place when in Big Bear.

Love this place! It's the best hotel in Big Bear. Great location—within walking distance to the town, with lake views from every room and the jacuzzi. The décor is tasteful, and all the reception staff were very kind and helpful.
