Cool stay
Pros:

The location is excellent. Right by the lake and 2 mins from the Village with beautiful view from the room. Really enjoyed the fire pits outside. The staff is wonderful. The place is very nicely, minimally decorated and superbly clean. Ample parking. 24/7 front desk service.

Cons:

Not a biggie. Just wish there was a surface in the room to keep things or maybe a small coffee table or a shelf under the tv to keep personal items.

Internet was down when we arrived so the system was not working for check in. They didn’t make it an issue for us and everything went smoothly.

Overall it was a nice stay
Pros:

I loved that it was right on the water and gave very cozy vibes.

Cons:

Everything was good but, there was a little bit of dirt and hair on the floors as well as a little blood clot in the sink.

I only spent several hours as I ended up in the hospital but I am very grateful of how they handled the situation
Pros:

The hotel was very prompt to assist me when I fainted in the hotel room. Thanks to God the emergency services arrived on time and took care of me.

Cons:

I think it would be wise to let the first customers know about the situation of the altitude and what precautions to take.

True summer lake paradise
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is unlike any other I’ve seen before. Definitely has to be the nicest hotel in big bear at the moment

This place was wonderful!! Clean and friendly and an amazing location!

Cons:

The restrooms in the bar area needed some attention when they started getting busier. We brought it to their attention but nothing was taken care of in the next couple of hours that we were there.

Cold plunge had hair floating in it/on the bottom both days we were there ie. doesn't seem to get emptied/cleaned. I was disappointed that it was too gross to use. No one was at the front desk when we got there, had to wait 10 min. or so. Front desk person didn't mention anything about breakfast. No map/explanation of the hotel layout/what it offered. No info. given about wifi. We were told upon checking that there was complimentary late checkout at noon but the next day when we asked we were told right away that there was no option for late checkout. Some of the staff were not friendly at all.

Pros:

Location and new hotel

Cons:

Shower had no soap. Housekeeping had to be requested.. we waited until 5pm and that's when they told us... and it was only to fix the bed and empty trash. Not what i would expect in a new hotel.
