True summer lake paradise
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is unlike any other I’ve seen before. Definitely has to be the nicest hotel in big bear at the moment

Location and new hotel

Cons:

Shower had no soap. Housekeeping had to be requested.. we waited until 5pm and that's when they told us... and it was only to fix the bed and empty trash. Not what i would expect in a new hotel.

This place was wonderful!! Clean and friendly and an amazing location!

Cons:

The restrooms in the bar area needed some attention when they started getting busier. We brought it to their attention but nothing was taken care of in the next couple of hours that we were there.

Everything was Perfect!
Pros:

What a lovely place to stay. The location was great and close to everything. The room was adorable and I want to decorate my own home the same. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay again

Cold plunge had hair floating in it/on the bottom both days we were there ie. doesn't seem to get emptied/cleaned. I was disappointed that it was too gross to use. No one was at the front desk when we got there, had to wait 10 min. or so. Front desk person didn't mention anything about breakfast. No map/explanation of the hotel layout/what it offered. No info. given about wifi. We were told upon checking that there was complimentary late checkout at noon but the next day when we asked we were told right away that there was no option for late checkout. Some of the staff were not friendly at all.

Pros:

Great place, clean, nice vibe, beautiful updated rooms with an incredible view. Nice bar and outdoor spa, pool and a very cute sauna.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great central location and a much better kept property than various other hotels. Easy access to the village and across the street from Tropicali, which is a must try!

Great staff at both hotel & restaurant, would go back if strictly looking to stay at a hotel & not a cabin.

If strictly looking for a hotel in BB, this is the place you should stay.

I usually rent out cabins/homes when in BB, but was coaxed to stay here, and it was a truly simple & pleasant stay.

Great staff at hotel and restaurant, clean rooms, small tile-room, and close to town energy.

We stayed in 306, which was the premium sized room with fireplace… and it will be enough room for 2 people for a night or two.

Views are great for BB, and we did not take advantage of pool, sauna, or jacuzzi.

Would go back if looking to stay at a hotel, and not a cabin.

Lake Front Views, Sauna, and Well Designed
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful, well-designed rooms with lake views. We loved taking advantage of the sauna and cold plunge, and our daughter had a great time playing in the park next door. The location is ideal, and the setting is genuinely beautiful. We’d happily stay here again.
