壁が薄いのか、隣のいびきがめちゃくちゃうるさく寝れない。
テレビが不具合ですぐに切れる
スタッフが全く対応しない。
二度と泊まりません。

ビル全体で、エレベーターが1台しかない。
その1台しかない、狭いエレベーター内に、カードキーの返却箱を置く感覚は如何なものか？

ホテル入り口は地下1階、1階と入場できる。
フロントは4階にあり季節に応じた装飾がなされており、とても感じが良い。
お部屋は無駄な広さはなく標準的で良いが、お風呂がとても狭くドラム缶風呂に入っているような感覚でした。今回連泊で利用させていただいたが、タオルは追加があったものの、お水など無駄な追加はありませんでした。

受付をしてくれた女性スタッフの方が明るくハキハキして好印象でした。おそらく新人だと思うんですが、上司の方がサポートしていて良いオペレーションだと思います。また豊橋に来たときは利用します。

施設は悪くない。朝食付きでありがたかったのですが、空調が切り替えられておらず宿泊した日は少し寒かったので暖を取るためにはベッドに潜り込むより手立てがありませんでした。
