Buona posizione per poter accedere alle strutture sciistiche del Cimone che si trovano a 15 minuti di auto

L’arredamento e finiture interne sono assolutamente anonimi e di scarsa estetica.
Nella descrizione della struttura si parlava di spa con vasca e sauna, ma non c’era scritto da nessuna parte che fosse necessario prenotare con anticipo per cui quando siamo già arrivati tutti gli slot erano occupati e non abbiamo potuto usarla.
La temperatura nella camera era molto alta con aria secca quasi fastidiosa, non è stato possibile regolarla neppure chiamando la reception. Come soluzione ci è stato proposto di aprire le finestre per arieggiare da fuori.
Alcuni membri del personale non sono stati sufficientemente cortesi ed accoglienti.
Colazione abbastanza fornita ma con prodotti di scarsa qualità.
Cuscini molto scomodi.
Considerato il prezzo assolutamente non basso, per questa serie di ragioni il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente inadeguato

Hotel di per se molto carino, la posizione, la spa solo su prenotazione a un costo vantaggioso... la colazione, anche se si può fare molto meglio, anche la camera è molto carina e anche il bagno e la doccia ...

Cons:

Il Letto scomodo... cuscini duri e un rumore continuo di fondo probabilmente la caldaia dell'albergo , purtroppo non sono riuscito a dormire un gran ché, e in più faceva un caldo infernale, troppo pur essendo in montagna in inverno.

Ci siamo trovati a pagare una struttura a quattro stelle con SPA, senza poter usufruire di uno dei servizi principali pubblicizzati e, a mio avviso, giustificativi del prezzo. In più, la struttura non è curata, con basso stato di manutenzione, e difiniture scarse.. lo staff quando siamo arrivati mentre ci elencava i servizi dell’hotel non menzionava il centro benessere. Motivo per il quale eravamo andati. Su nostra richiesta ci confermava che non aveva più posto… imbarazzante..
