I Was Told Before Booking That Pool n Jacuzzi Were Operating, That Was My Main Reason For Booking There Since Temp. Was 112 Degrees, For That Weekend. Carpet in Room Was Filthy With Lots Of Stains On Floor

Kari at the desk was awesome, as was the big burly security guard who drove me to the airport at 5am (the other security guard lurking in the shadows at that hour was frightening - you should stop him from doing that), room very clean, fridge, nicrowave, TV, nice fluffy pillows, warm & clean- the room cleaning ladies were very sweet and accommodating for things I needed replenished
The first receptionist (long dark hair) was rude, terse & very unhelpful which was discerning. Didn't get 2 of 3 of my security deposits back which is frustrating

This place should be shut down immediately. The entire place was infested with bugs, and the room looked like a crime scene. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or even vacuumed in at least 30 years. There weren’t even proper pillows on the bed—only tiny decorative cushions.
The fire alarm in the inn kept beeping nonstop the entire time. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. Every time the guests in the room next door walked around, our floor literally shook. The entire property reeked of marijuana, and there were homeless people living inside cars in the parking lot.
This place isn’t worth even $5 a night. We honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate. Is there really no authority inspecting places like this? Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away at all costs.

Good location.
Stairway hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Didn't get clean towels for the second day. Asked the desk for clean towels but they didn't have any. Stated online that shuttle service is available 24hr a day but it was not available between 8am and 10am. The room was clean at least.
From check in everything was great easy my room was very clean quiet and comfortable airport across the street was easy access using shuttle
Only one thing to complain about was the toilets are a little bit low and like to see a little bit of an upgrade on the outside exterior And get rid of homeless loitering
This place is so comfortable and peaceful its my favorite place to stay
They need to upgrade pillows mine were small and flat but overall I enjoyed my night
