Outdated, but gets the job done.
Pros:

The view from my room was nice and I appreciated the shuttle services.

Cons:

The front desk staffer was also the shuttle driver, causing delays at check in. The carpets seemed poorly installed throughout the building. The room was definitely outdated and some areas seemed low quality/under cared for, including the breakfast which is an additional charge. The security guard was non-responsive during morning checkout and I was hurried and not given a checkout receipt.

Want a refund
Cons:

I went to check in and asked about the pool. They said it was down. I said I live in Fresno whole idea was to swim and relax. I asked for a refund the male clerk said he would request from the manager. Canceled it had no reason to stay if whole idea was to cool down and swim. Have not heard from the Manager

Pros:

It needs TLC. Time to upgrade the hotel

Cons:

It’s old, carpet is nasty god knows what’s in it. I had to wear my slides to walk around the room. Old fashion phone was still in the bathroom

Pros:

Noise from person above me all night. Loud banging, stomping, made my windows shake. Horrible shower and toilet. Swimming pool was green.
