It’s a Piccadilly.
No breakfast vouchers with third-party
The staff was very helpful for the most part. There was a large group of soccer youths there upstairs, and they made so much noise on the floor,it was difficult to sleep.
The cleaning of the bathroom in the room left something to be desired. There was hair all in the shower walls and basin from the previous occupants. There was also urine on the side of the tub that hadnt been cleaned. I carry disinfectant most of the time, so I cleaned it myself, but did inform the front desk. They did nothing about it which made me sad. There was also a large motorcycle group there, and they were right outside of my room windows. They were revving their bike engines, talking loud, laughing even louder and playing loud music. The stafc did nothing about it. The laundry room was dirty. I had to wipe down the washing machine before I could use it, and I had to clean the lint traps on the dryers before I could use them. There was a large bag of clothes in the laundry room next to the garbage can, as well as the garbage can was overflowing with trash.
It was dirty
The lady yelling at one of clean statements say you have be in club to book which she is in a club in just bad her mouth was disgusting The Man sit there and lied about the rooms and she booked five months of advance and then turn around then gave her the room. It just didn’t make no sense. She came to the same event we was in then you got rooms coming back real dirty nasty not clean at all.

No management presence
Everything accept the room wasn’t clean
The room was dirty and when asked about a vacuum they never brought it or sent anyone to clean it

Restaurant night before flight in hotel was fine
Wake up call never came.. Fortunately we set our cell phone alarms (and by the way)
this is the second visit where we’ve not received the wake-up call. … I think we’ve stayed there three or four times.
Easy parking. Great location.
The restaurant food was horrible. The waitress need to be careful of her Language. She is going to be a mother. Very disappointing the pool was not available. I book room so I could go swimming.
