Pros:

I liked pretty much everything. The bed was soft, room & bathroom were super clean, good location.

Cons:

ONLY thing that could be better was the AC .. didn’t seem to work. Which would be terrible in the summer but I went in early March so it was fine.

Cons:

Place needs a refresh. Paint chipping in bathroom grounds starting to look sad & needs a refresh. Great potential to be awesome. Just needs some TLC

Affordable and pleasant
Pros:

Room was minimal but clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet when it ran. The grounds, garden area and pool were beautiful. Parking was close and sufficient.

Cons:

Air conditioner had bright led temperature light that would only go off if the unit was completely turned off.
The included breakfast had paper plates and plastic utensils, disappointing.
The hallways to the rooms were loud and sound echoed because of tile floors instead of carpet.
I was surprised to find out the entrances to the room hallways were not secured or locked. No room key was needed to enter.
