Short stay with them. The toilet has little moulds in the bottom shower. There was no heating and staff cannot speak English properly and we also decided not to ask/seek help from them. Breakfast selection was good and location is good too.
Guests luggage lost at the lobby. Unfriendly receptionist with a room below standard and smells cleaning chemical. Breakfast and cooks are the only good thing at this location.

It was a nice experience, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our only issue was with the air condition, it wasn't cool enough so we had to borrow an air cooler on the second night onwards as the room was too warm without it. The complimentary breakfast was okay.
In breakfast tables most items no any sign ...specially ham items...
The AC was not working well, and it was very hot during the day, muggy and hot at night. We had a horrible night sleep. They were supposed to bring us a fan, but that did not take place u til the second night. We slept well the second night. They were courteous and respectful. Just need to fix their AC.
Did not have a good experience here.
I had three rooms , in one room AC did not work,spent the night in heat. Moved to another room the shower did not work.
Very poor from a reputable name. I hope i get credit for at least one room back. Did notify the manager.

Great distance at least 30 min walk from the blue mosque and Safia. The tram line was very close. Hotel rooms were small but cosy. The breakfast option was local Continental options, staff were friends and accommodating. Pleasant hotel
Lovely stay over just a little hiccup when we arrived we was told that theres a glitch in the system and i was transfered with my family to another hotel.
Staff was great and very helpful. Staff was prompt with all request that needed attemtion
Hotel is in a wonderful location ! Close to all major attractions like blue mosque grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia ! Love the morning breakfast good options, gym is substantial! Rooms are big enough and bed sleeps good ! Hotel has nice ambience and great amenities ! Very affordable for what you get ! Love the staff that works the front desk and breakfast area ! Aynur who works breakfast area provided excellent service to the guests and their families! She is very hardworking and has outstanding communication skills ! She is an asset to the Hampton organization! and will excel in any field she chooses! Wonderful personality! She and the staff are the reason people like us return over and over again ! My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul grand bazaar was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a good location filled with nearby restaurants and shops !blue mosque and Hagia Sophia , grand bazaar is 10 mins by car ! Hotel is 44 mins from Istanbul airport! Hotel rooms are well kept and bed sleeps well ! Rooms are sound proof ! Gym is small but handy ! Hotel has a good breakfast variety !! My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing and hardworking employee in the breakfast area , Miss Aynur ! Who always went above and beyond making sure everyone needs were met , has great communication skills and always willing to help ! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Overall wonderful stay , safe area , great amenities and affordable accommodation! Will definitely stay again when am in Istanbul!
The hotel is lovely, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Although the initial room we were given was small, the staff were very helpful in accommodating us with a different room.
The hotel is in tourist area of Istanbul. conveniently located near tram stop. at the same time, it's not in the crowded area.
Rooms are small but clean and everything was functional, but for some reason the heating was controlled by hotel's central system i.e. you can't change the temperature. But it was not an issue for us as we were there in November. Not sure how it works in summers.
Breakfast was good.
We made reservation via booking.com and there was some technical issue. Mr Atalay, who was at the reception, helped us and made us comfortable till he sorted the issue. We thought we might need to book a new hotel. Mr Atalay really made our stay comfortable, and he helped us in settling down.
Will come back for sure.
Good breakfast, decent location not too far from the nearest metro or tram, also walkable to Sultanahmet Square.
Parts of the room were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable and completely blackout curtains which you don't always get, not too much light came in from the bathroom
