Pros:

The facility is clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned at any point during the three nights of our stay. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told—without any apology—that if guests ask housekeeping to return later, they will not come back because they are too busy. If this is the standard practice at this particular Best Western, I wish it had been clearly communicated to me at check-in.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno, pero los espacios no están preparados para cuando hay mucha gente. El ultimo día de mi estadía las areas destinadas para el desayuno colapsaron, y todas las fuentes y bandejas se vaciaron.

For all the reasons stated above, I would not go back and I would not recommend it.

Planificamos un viaje entre familia y amigos, fuimos un grupo grande, por lo que reservamos entre todos 4 habitaciones. Tenemos 3 razones para no regresar al hotel.
1. La señora que nos recibió en el hotel muy, muy desagradable, llegamos las 4 familias, con varios minutos de diferencia, cada familia hizo el Check in por separado y luego todos coincidimos en lo mismo, el trago amargo de entrada por la mala atención de la Señora que nos recibió. Su actitud fue ruda, parecía estar molesta por estar trabajando, cuando me regreso mi tarjeta de crédito, agarro inmediatamente el alcohol como si ella se iba a infectar por haber tocado mi tarjeta, luego, salió a rociar alcohol o desinfectante por donde estuvimos de una forma muy discriminante, esto sucedió el día sábado 26 de julio alrededor de la 6:20 pm
2. En la habitación que le toco a mi familia, habían 5 chiripas, caminaban por la pared al lado de una de las camas, aunque el baño y la habitación se veía limpia, lo de las chiripas fue desagradable.
3. En la noche salimos a cenar y cuando regresamos, había un hombre durmiendo en la habitación de nuestros amigos, ellos tenían todas sus cosas ahí, sus maletas, todo, ese hombre que supuestamente por error recibió la misma habitación cómo explica que viendo que hay maletas y cosas de otras personas en la habitación, se queda a dormir. El señor que estaba de turno en el hotel subió a la habitación, despertó al hombre que estaba profundamente dormido y le pidió que desocupara la habitación, a todas estas nadie cambio sabanas, nadie limpio el baño y no habían más habitaciones disponibles para un cambio.
