Pros:

The hotel was very spacious in regard to all areas, lobby, breakfast room, rooms, pool, parking lot.
It is in a great location with everything you need around - food, Target, Aldi, nail salons, gas stations, Starbucka, etc.
Rooms are super spacious and very clean and the balcony we had was a super nice plus.
Breakfast was great. Staff is amazing - super nice and helpful. Tim at the front desk is who every hotel would love as a dedicated employee. He went above and beyond.

Great spot and would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff was great.

Cons:

Only one person at front desk, so if you need anything, they are taken away from the desk. On weekends there could be 2 people.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned at any point during the three nights of our stay. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told—without any apology—that if guests ask housekeeping to return later, they will not come back because they are too busy. If this is the standard practice at this particular Best Western, I wish it had been clearly communicated to me at check-in.
