WS Louvre - Richelieu

The good thing is the location. Really centrally located for the big things you want to visit in Paris. The building is an older building that will benefit for some general renovation in the common areas but what should anyone expect anyway
Although we were in the room to sleep in the night and we were out the whole day it still felt a bit too cramped for four people.
The really unlucky thing for us, is that we stayed there during really hot days (there is no aircondition - just some ceiling fans) and the one room that doesn't have window was really difficult to sleep with the lack of cool air in the room.
Overall though I would say that the few mild negatives are overlooked by the really big positive point of the location.

Más alumbrado en las escaleras! Más limpieza en general, la habitación tenía levantado el piso y una marca de plancha, televisión solo en francés, las sábanas llenas de pelo, y todo lo demás ok

Perfect for a short stay. Apartment is compact but tidy. We stayed as a family - four adults. Supermarket is opposite and plenty of lovely cafes close by. Louvre is easy walkable as is Pyramides Metro stop. Very secure and a quiet area so felt safe and slept well. Easy check in - instructions are very clear. Overall great value.

I would first like to say as soon as we opened the door there was a big bug crawling on the floor. My son was not happy about that. Then when we pulled down the comforter the sheets were full of hair. It was disgusting like they didn’t clean it from the people before us. It wasn’t a little bit of hair it was a bunch from all over the body so it was disgusting. We had to strip the entire bed and go find a store to buy blankets so we could sleep there. We were there for 2 nights. Both nights from 11-1:30 in the morning I’m guessing the bar just closed and they were bringing the glass bottles and putting them in the trash cans. So all we heard because it was so loud we couldn’t sleep was glass breaking from them dumping the bottles in the trash cans. I would not stay there again and I paid way too much to stay the 2 nights there. Would not recommend at all.

Very well located but unfortunately there was construction on the street

Les taies d’oreiller et les draps étaient sales. Des cheveux et saletés comme ramassés par terre avec un drap qui serait tombé au sol et pas secoué avant d’être remis sur le lit. Une serviette humide et pleine de fond de teint était accrochée à la porte de la salle de douche. Le mur bleu au dessus du lit était hyper poussiéreux avec les empreintes de mains de plusieurs personnes et le dessus de la tête de lit en velours était aussi très poussiéreux. Le lino pas bien propre non plus. C’est dommage car malgré la petite superficie, l’effort de déco et l’optimisation de l’espace sont visibles. De plus le matelas était confortable. Mais la propreté reste essentielle et là c’est vraiment médiocre.
