Horrible service
Pros:

First the good the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Beds are what you would expect for this level of accommodation decent but I wouldn’t say they were comfortable. Air conditioning in rooms is loud but they do the job. Now the bad is the horrible service especially the rude housekeeping. At 930 in the morning while in the pool with my daughter I get a call from the manager stating the housekeepers thought there was an unconscious person in room I notified her it was my 18 year old son who is on spectrum and was sleeping in. Now remember this is only 930 in the morning so not even late. The worst part is that 2 housekeepers went into the room and even seeing him sleeping in room instead of being respectful, they instead decided to yell and harass him telling him that he needs to get up and out of room so they can clean it. They continued to harass him even after he said we did not need anything cleaned. This was not even check out day and in middle of our stay. They continued even after he got out of bed and was standing in his boxers. After I got back and found him having a meltdown and found this out manager states it’s policy and just doing my job with a little laugh. Also refused to give owners number and no way to contact him online. It’s a shame could have been a great stay instead was nightmare experience for him.

Will never again!!

The check in staff was THE ONLY positive thing about this stay.

Cons:

The day management ment was very rude and extremely disrespectful in her tone. Due to the reason for my stay and health issues I asked for a late check out. I even was willing to pay for more time. She was rude and disrespectful while speaking with me. She told me the room was booked and didn’t care. THEN WHEN CHECKING OUT THE CLEANING STAFF KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND ASKED IF I WAS STAYING FOR A LATE CHECKOUT?? REALLY!!!

Pros:

This was a sollid choice for the Clinton area. We stayed here the night before leaving on the Katy Trail and it worked out perfectly. The breakfast was fine and we really liked the front desk staff.

Cons:

I can't really be too critical of anything. Its a regular motel experience, and for that it was above average. No specific complaints.

Cons:

Our reservation was made because of children that wanted to swim in the pool. When we arrived we were advised the pool had been drained, thus not usable. I have been advised via email from the hotel that I would not be charged for the stay & booking.com had agreed to "no cancellation fee". However, my card has been charged for one night stay, $263.55.
