Pros:

Goed gelegen. Korting in Ladeuzeparking. Redelijk goed geïsoleerde ramen.

Cons:

Met de rolstoel in een minilift naar de 3e verdieping. Rolstoel op de gang laten staan en zatte onverlaten gingen er 's nachts mee joyriden.
Dat is Leuven op een zaterdagavond zeker?
Men mocht wat beter afstoffen.

Ideale locatie en hotel voor een betaalbaar hotel in het centrum van Leuven
Pros:

Receptioniste was uitermate vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en vers.
Super gelegen in het centrum op wandelafstand van historisch centrum en treinstation

Cons:

Sanitair (ihb douche) heeft zijn beste tijd gehad.
Douchescherm veel te klein om de badkamer droog te houden

De ligging is goed. Direct bij het centrum. Het bed lag uitstekend

Cons:

Toen we aankwamen bleek dat er aan de buitenkant gerenoveerd werd. Dit staat nergens vermeld. Niet op de website, niet bij Booking. Geen terugkoppeling gehad op mijn opmerking hierover bij de receptie. Er was niemand aanwezig toen we weggingen.
Ik had niet geboekt als dit vermeld had gestaan.
Verder is het hotel super gehorig.
'S nachts om half 4 uren wakker gelegen van een stel dat uitgebreid sex had en hierbij zeer vocaal waren. Erg onprettig. Ook andere randgeluiden waren duidelijk hoorbaar.
Kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt was niemand om 'goedemorgen' te zeggen. een keukenhulp scharrelde door de ruimte zonder oogcontact te maken of gedrag te zeggen. Dit maakte het ontbijt wat onpersoonlijk.
De ontbijtruimte is mooi!

Ik zal zeker bij een volgend verblijf in Leuven opnieuw reserveren in het Theaterhotel.
Pros:

De kamer was zeker OK.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

Tijdens het ontbijt heb ik gezien dat er een paar spinnenwebben aan het venster hingen.

Déception. Mauvais rapport qualité prix ,mais personnel charmant et bon petit-déjeuner.

Hôtel en travaux - on aurait aimé être informés au préalable et apprécié un geste commercial car choix de l'hôtel pour la vue et la belle façade. Or la façade était bâchée (y compris les fenêtres). Salle de bain très vétuste avec un bain microscopique transformé en douche. Nous n'avons pas pris de douche car accès dangereux. Odeur de cigarette tout au long de la nuit qui venait probablement par la cage d'escalier car toutes les portes d'étage restaient ouvertes.

Geboekt om 22.30 en incecken mogelijk tot 23.00 uur.
Niemand te zien aan de balie. Er is zelf geen balie. Papiertje met noodnummer handig, maar niet als er niemand antwoord.
Mogen ander hotel zoeken in Brussel.
Service 0,0 dus. Wegblijven hier....
