I like its location, which is ideal for being close to most main attractions such as the Old Market, Creighton University, Joselyn Museum, and Eppley Airport. I also want to highlight how courteous, hospitable, and friendly Melodie, who manages the reception area, is. She went beyond duty to make me feel at home at the hotel. I’d go back to stay just because of her.

Great location.
The room was very cool, even when we turned up the thermostat.
Loved the clean, well laid-out rooms with high-quality furnishings.
One of the bedside table lamps was not working.
After unpacking and setting up our room, we discovered diarrhea splatter all over the toilet boil, floor, and even on the shower glass next to the toilet. Not to mention hairs everywhere. Not trusting housekeeping, my wife used lysol wipes to clean the entire bathroom herself. We never felt comfortable after this since cleanliness is the most important thing. To make matters worse, management showed zero interest in making the situation right. I called several times during regular business hours before any manager would talk to me. Their eventual offer to credit a paltry sum of Hilton points was a slap in the face given the high cost of the room, the traumatic experience, and me being very respectful to her. She even admitted they could offer more if they wanted to but didn't want to. Bottom line, this hotel is dirty and management doesn't care.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Beautiful lobby, great rooms, and in a great location!!
Loved everything.
I hate to give this place 1 star, but I feel obligated. The reason is that I booked this place specifically for the rooftop bar. "Omaha's only rooftop bar" in their words. I booked on their app, checked in and headed to my room. On the elevator, I learned that the rooftop bar was closed for renovations. At $200 per night, I would think that this would have been disclosed when I booked my room.
The good...
Good location. Easy walking distance to the Riverfront and Old Market.
Nice hotel. A little odd with the theme but I knew that when I booked it.
Very nice staff.
Clean room.
Fast elevator.
The bad...
As stated above, booked for the rooftop bar and it was closed. The restaurant was also closed for the two days I was there which wasn't a huge deal since there were plenty of restaurants close by.
Parking not available. You have to pay valet, pay by the hour with street meters, or find your own covered parking near by.
Fruit flies galore! The bathroom was covered in fruit flies. I mean a lot!
Water temperatures... It took about 5 minutes for the shower to heat up. Then when you adjusted it, it took forever to adjust the temp. Not a huge deal, but when you have an early morning meeting (my first day there) it makes it difficult.
I was on the 6th floor and was awoken EARLY in the morning by construction on the rooftop bar. LOUD banging, drilling, and sanding. My second day there was my day off and did not get a change to sleep in due to the noise.
The location was excellent! The staff in the bar was beyond excellent and the food was great!
Alot of construction going on. The rooftop bar/restaurant was closed. Limited services.
Flores, aliana and a name I forgot... Theses girls roc! Very courteous, professional and friendly! Could not have asked for better assistance!!
Very friendly staff at check-in great location. Everything was clean. We will stay there again.
Beautiful room, and very clean
Rooftop was closed, but no mention on the property site when we booked. Other then the door staff, some of the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.
Nice room. Well kept.
I thought there would be parking.
They have an outstanding bar manager I think he name was El something. The room itself was average but not clean. The food is average. The valet was an issue with the employee having clear BO issues and smelled also like he'd smoked up weed ALOT before hand. The smell of his BO is still lingering in my car
