Excellent stay for a long weekend
Pros:

Had a great stay here with two kids. I booked with Amex "The Hotel Collection" and everything went great, which isn't always the case when booking through Amex. They had packets when I checked in explaining the benefits and they even granted early check in and late check out despite being sold out.

Food at the restaurant was tasty and I thought reasonably priced given the hotel.

Room was clean and had plenty of outlets and USB plugins. Very quiet, comfortable. No water issues that some past reviewers had mentioned. Valet was fast. Would love to stay here again.

Nice hotel but poor housekeeping
Pros:

Stayed one night in room 710. Beautiful, clean, and quiet. Restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately my room only had a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll (enough for one use) and no extra roll in the room. The next morning I found housekeeping on my floor and requested a roll of toilet paper. She looked on her cart and told me she didn’t have any. I went down to the front desk and obtained one there. While showering I discovered there was absolutely no bath soap in the dispenser. I called the front desk and informed her of this also. Hopefully management can get housekeeping to check the toilet paper and the shower dispensers.

Excellent hotel in Omaha - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Worth every penny!
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable, AC in the room worked GREAT. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend for a good nights sleep!
Pros:

Immaculate. Staff was outstanding. Hotel was quiet. Downstairs bar/restaurant really nice. Staff there was outstanding as well. Had someone playing piano and was a neat vibe.

Cons:

Rooftop bar was a joke. It was small and hot and the bartenders were rude.

Hilton sucks.
Pros:

We just stayed 2 nights 2 rooms. We were charged twice. (That's almost $1000 with incidentals.) Once when I made the reservation once at check in. The property did their best to fix it. Still haven't received a refund of the second day. Hilton is a joke. They cannot help at all. Hung up on both my husband and I multiple times. Customer service agents do not communicate well. Have a problem calling me by my name. Have children playing in the background mocking them as we have a conversation. I am done with Hilton. Absolutely unacceptable.
