As soon as I went to the side of the building that my room 330 was on they were saying stuff about me and saying that they’re making sexual gestures. I got all my stuff quickly and put it inside. The second time some guy that was out there tried to talk to me.
Hannah said “men will be men” so, I said not to me..Men will be pigs.. and called the cops!
Wasted 8-9:30 waiting on cops 330 much better room but loud outside my window at 930 when try to sleep
I lay down to sleep at 9:30 and they were having loud outbursts My room was directly over where all of those workmen were drinking and smoking and talking loudly.
Hannah let me switch rooms cause I knew I wasn’t gonna be able to sleep with that noise and I didn’t wanna have to call the cops again because they took so long before and I wanted to go back to sleep.
Then it took as long as it took to change rooms slept 10-11:50
Room was 63 degrees and freezing so woke up before midnight.

Wasted 2 1/2 hrs on loud guests and cold room 206.. only got a room to sleep..
I had to move my stuff three times and it still isn’t 75° and it’s 1:20 AM.
I didn’t get the handicap room or the business suite like I paid for and the room I have now doesn’t have a bathtub. While I appreciate being moved twice to try to rectify the problem this has left a terrible taste in my mouth mostly because of the other guests of course but it was totally unnecessary and very unfair to me.
Because of your other guests, I don’t feel safe in this hotel like I can’t go out of the room without looking over my shoulder and I definitely can’t go in the parking lot alone without being very vigilant.
As a single woman traveling alone, this is absolutely unacceptable. But, it’s absolutely unacceptable to all other guests simply because of the noise and I was told people have complained about them before and yet they are still here.
Food and staff were great !!
No complaints- I might suggest a darker curtain in the bedroom to block more sun on a bright day
The hotel was very clean and smelled clean. The house keeping staff was on top of things and are doing an outstanding job.
It was a little pricey.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec notamment la possibilité de préparer des pancakes. Seul détail surprenant pour une clientèle européenne : pour un hôtel à plus de 200 € la nuit, il est servi dans des assiettes en carton avec des couverts en plastique.
Pas de café dans la chambre contrairement à l’annonce, mais une très bonne machine à café en grains est disponible 24h/24 dans l’espace commun, ce qui est très appréciable.

The ants. We also found a cockroach but not sure that was from the hotel or came in from outside.
This is an amazing hotel, very well maintained and super clean! We thought it was just renovated and were surprised to hear that it has been 3 years

For the price, my suite was large. It was comfortable, clean and the shower was great.
The pool was nice. A hot tub would be a bonus.

Location is a little beat up. There must be construction happening somewhere nearby. Parking not great as many of the slots filled with work trucks. Much people making noise from the parking lot. People were in and out of their cars and noisy. Carried on into the night

The power went out for 6 hours during a minor storm and it didn’t seem like they had a generator?

Fire alarm went off (false alarms) 3 times… 2 were in middle of night. Bathroom flooded at 5 am one morning (leak from sprinkler system).
Had to pack up everything and move it ourselves to a new room at 7 am. They did upgrade our room for the inconvenience.

Visiting out of town for the holiday weekend and during a storm the hotel lost power. The GM contacted me by phone to say “ I’m having a better evening than you because I have power “?! No empathy very rude with no compassion or compensation. We arrived to the hotel at 10pm to find the power out and the GM stated that if we leave by midnight we can receive a partial credit that’s it?! How are we going to find other arrangements within an hour when we are from out of town! We had to walk up 3 flights of dark stairs alone with our bags to a dark hot hotel room with no power!
We had to stay the night then at 2am when the power came on the hotel desk called woke us up to say “you stayed past midnight so you are not due a partial credit” absolutely terrible customer service! The next day housekeeper opened our door in the morning said oh i thought you left?! Then the morning of checkout they did it again?! How do you not know we are still here and open the door without knocking?!
The mini refrigerator wasn’t working it froze our water bottles solid. No coffee machine in the hotel room the area where the hotel is located is very underwhelming run down and not comfortable at all. This is terrible for a holiday inn overall very disappointing we will never come back!
