Smelt cigarette in the room, no toilet paper, internet at the room so bad, television doesn't works at all and the staff not friendly.

Acceuil trés agréable. Salon et salle à manger chaleureuses.

Dans l ensemble l hôtel est bien. Le service est correcte

Pire hôtel que j'ai pu visiter en 20 ans

Personnel hautain et désagréable, chambre digne d'un vulgaire grenier aménagé, accessible uniquement par 3 volées d'escaliers étroits, et avec des sanitaires en mauvais état et une tv qu'il a fallu que je rebranche... pour m'apercevoir qu'elle a juste 2 chaînes francophones.

Si le lit avait été en béton, pas sûr que j'aurais senti la différence.

En bref, hôtel à éviter.

Et je fais preuve d'euphémisme et de retenue par rapport à la réalité

Chambre propre,
Accueil correct, petit déjeuner très correct
Seul bémol, l’isolation, pas de double vitrage sur la chambre qui donne sur la rue. En cette période rien de trop grave, mais à voir par fortes chaleurs ou grand froid.

Stayed for 4 nights because it's close enough to EU institutions. Starting on the upside, the breakfast was enjoyable, nothing extraordinary but decent. My room I didn't like at all, very small, everything outdated, the so-called TV looked like it came straight from a Museum. I didn't have the impression that it was really clean or tidy, I've just been to lazy or tired to leave after check-in... I had a double room booked and they gave me a single room smaller than a prison cell. After completing I got a double room.... and had to carry all my stuff again through the narrow stairways.. for me a clear NO

un hôtel sympa et bien décoré dans un quartier éloigné du centre (mais à côté de la rue Georges Henri aux nombreux restaurants).

Très bien pour max 2 nuits.

Cosy hotel, little bit noisy - from the 1st floor I have heard other guests walking to/from their room.

The room was lovely, we even got one with a balcony. It was all clean. The only thing would be that the floor is very freaky, but we got used to it pretty fast. Breakfast was very well done, and the employees were lovely.

We needed to extend our stay by one night because of problems with our flight, and it took about 30 seconds and they even have us the same room. It was perfect.

Il est écrit sur le site qu'il y a un service de blanchisserie..ce qui est totalement faux (j'étais venue à cet hôtel exprès pour cela, donc c'est décevant!)..la chambre est vraiment plus petite que ce que l'on peut voir sur les photos de site. Le monsieur à l'accueil était gentil, mais il ne pouvait me renseigner sur mes questions puisqu'il m'a dit qu'il ne venait pas de ce quartier.

Personalen o städningen va bra.
Även sängen va bekväm..men det va väldigt dåligt skick på allt annat som tex duschen va trasig, ingen bild från Tvn utan bara ljud...men för att vara en 2-stjärnig hotel så va den väl bra..

Muy original y de diseño. El desayuno, excelente. Lo peor la ducha, que casi no salía agua.

Chambre non conforme. Forte chaleur même pas un ventilateur. J'ai frôlé le malaise. Réservation annulée.
