Pros:

Was schoon en de kamers zagen er fris uit.

Cons:

Geluid van de airco was vreselijk.
Bed stond niet vast waardoor je elke beweging van de ander voelde.
Ligt ruim buiten centrum in niet zo geweldige wijk. Maar prijs was dan ook ruim lager dan elders in het centrum.

Conveniente para un fin de semana si llegas en coche
Pros:

En el límite de la ZBE pero fuera, lo que permite aparcar en la zona verde (fines de semana todo el año y tardes de agosto no funciona). Nosotros lo aparcamos un jueves de agosto a las 14:00 y por 12€ (la mañana del viernes entera) lo tuvimos aparcado hasta el domingo.
A un paseo agradable de 15 minutos tanto a la zona del guggenheim como al casco viejo.
Tiene zona de mesas con sillas y sillones de uso común.
Botella de agua de 1L, té, café y galletitas cada día de cortesía.

Cons:

Si no vas a utilizar la ventaja de la zona verde porque no llegas a la ciudad en coche o porque reservas un parking, otros hoteles ofrecen más calidad o mejores instalaciones por el mismo precio.

La amabilidad del personal y la decoración del lugar, limpio y coqueto.

Cons:

Está en una zona no muy lejana al centro, pero el barrio es un tanto conflictivo, por lo que la zona no es muy buena.
