Schoon hotel verder weinig extra comfort
Pros:

De kamer was erg klein. Weinig ruimte om het bed heen. Weinig opbergruimte. Geen kledinghaken voor jassen. Receptie was beperkt bezet. Geen lift aanwezig. Prima douche, nette badkamer. Prijs/kwaliteit is niet op orde. Voor 175 euro per nacht verwacht ik meer comfort en luxe.

Uma surpresa com muito boa relação qualidade/preço
Pros:

Da simpatia dos funcionários, do conforto do colchão e almofadas, de ter um mini frigorífico no quarto, de ter uma sala de trabalho no 2° piso, quarto pequeno mas muito funcional. Não sendo central, fui a pé para todo o lado.

Cons:

Faltava uma máquina de snacks, sem elevador, esta parte da cidade não tem metro

Breve y perfecta
Pros:

Un hotel muy funcional, a 10-15 min andando del centro o del casco viejo y 20min al museo. Muy limpio y con un personal muy atento y carismático. Perfecto para estancias cortas

A great little base in Bilbao
Pros:

Stylish, simple, practical room. Also, arriving in the city a long time before our check-in time, we were able to get access to free lockers to store our luggage, and to a quiet hotel lounge to sit and work in before our room was ready.

Visiting Bilbao again and staying in Room 101 !!

Incredible room, incredible hotel and perfect price.!!

Cons:

The area around the hotel has a lot of nigs that are dirty and annoying. Other than that the hotel is safe, quiet and clean.

Accueil parfait. Marcos a été très gentil, patient et nous a bien expliqué pour nous déplacer dans Bilbao.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait.

Insgesamt eine durchwachsene Erfahrung – bei einer Buchung würden wir ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.

Sauberes Zimmer und freundlicher Empfang, aber enttäuschende Lage und Aussicht

Unser Zimmer im Bypillow Irala Hotel Bilbao war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war praktisch und gut durchdacht: Neben einem Wasserkocher und einem kleinen Kühlschrank gab es auch einen Steamer. Duschutensilien waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonders positiv möchten wir einen Mitarbeiter am Empfang hervorheben, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Auch das Parken war unkompliziert: Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage für 17 Euro pro Tag abstellen. Das Hotel liegt zwar in einem eher unansehnlichen Viertel, allerdings sind das Stadtzentrum und das Guggenheim-Museum zu Fuß erreichbar, was für Besichtigungen sehr praktisch ist.

Fazit: Das Zimmer überzeugt durch Sauberkeit, eine ansprechende Einrichtung, eine praktische Ausstattung und freundliches Personal. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit und die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind Pluspunkte. Das wenig attraktive Umfeld und insbesondere der unschöne Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer waren jedoch enttäuschend. Insgesamt eine durchwachsene Erfahrung – bei der Buchung würden wir künftig unbedingt auf die Zimmerlage achten.

Cons:

Ein großer Minuspunkt war jedoch unser Zimmer in der zweiten Etage mit Blick zum Innenhof. Der Ausblick war äußerst enttäuschend: Statt eines gepflegten Innenhofs blickten wir auf das Dach eines angrenzenden Hauses, auf dem Müll und alte Blumentöpfe herumlagen. Dieser unschöne Anblick hat den Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts deutlich getrübt.
