Pros:

La chambre était propre. L'avantage: pas de tapis dans les chambres. Bon pour les allergies.
le personnel très aimable et a répondu rapidement à mes questions par mails
Si on n'aime pas marcher et si on craint les montées l'emplacement n'est pas idéal . Sinon à pieds la majorité des points touristiques sont accessibles entre 20 et 30 minutes de marche à partir de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est, et encore j'ai bénéficié d'une réduction. J'ai réservé tard. Peut être qu'une réservation plus tôt aurait coûté moins.; même si le lit était double, cette chambre serait très petite pour deux. J'étais Sombre et vue sur cour/toit arrière est désagréable.
Il y a du tapis dans les couloirs. Je ne sais pas ce qui a été mis dessus ( Désodorisant? Désinfectant?) mais l'odeur prenait à la gorge et produit allergène certainement.
Je crains que le matériel comme la bouilloire électrique soit trop bon marché et ne résiste pas longtemps à l'usage.
Pas de mode d'emploi de la TV ni du chauffage/Climatisation.
Pas de possibilité d'appeler par téléphone la réception.
Une caution de 50 euros est demandée pour couvrir casse, vol ou autre; je ne suis pas d'accord avec cette procédure. Si on demande ce type de caution. on accompagne le client dans la chambre avec une check-in liste et on vérifie avec lui si tout est ok par rapport à la check list. Sans cela, cela ne me semble pas honnête et juste. Comment prouver qu'un objet ai été volé ou cassé? Merci aux managers de faire cette liste.
Je trouve que quand un client rentre et que la personne à l'accueil le connait et le reconnait (comme c'était mon cas), il devrait pouvoir activer un bouton poussoir pour lui ouvrir la porte et non laisser le client faire son code. Pour le prix de l'hôtel ce service d'accueil est un minimum.

Bilbao is great Irala by Pillow is not.
Pros:

Location to the Stadium was great.

Cons:

Temperature in Bilbao was 37
degrees on arrival.
Air conditioning unit in room was faulty and leaked water. Fault reported on arrival,(3.30pm), staff placed a bucket below the drip to catch the water the dripping noise onto the floor of the tiny room which prevented sleeping overnight. No staff on site could remedy the problem no alternative room was offered.
Engineer arrived at 8.30am disrupting the little sleep that we had to fix the issue. We checked out early and moved to another hotel.
Would not recommend.

A little oasis in Bilbao, with brilliant staff, ensuring guests will recommend and return.
Pros:

Pre Check In Communication was Excellent, If You get there very early, they have free lockers, of various sizes, available. My Room was spotless, very comfortable bed, brilliant air con, and excellent wi-fi. Tea coffee, bottled water, and some sweet treats. Special mention, to Gregory, on reception, who, is at least bi Lingual, Spanish and English, and was brilliant, making sure check in was super efficient. He made sure any requests were dealt with expeditiously.

Cons:

Not a criticism, more an observation, the venue does not have any lifts.

Nice hotel and rooms but far too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Convenient location, lovely room, very clean, good air conditioning, nice staff, convenient combination code lockers you can store your luggage on checkout day.

Cons:

Far far too expensive for a one week stay. Worked out at approximately €280 euro per night booked through booking.com.
All you get is a room. No breakfast facilities etc.
