Pros:

Mantra hHritage is central to all shops and restaurants even coles. The staff where friendly and helpful great service. The pool is great as well.

Cons:

The only negative would be having to carry your luggage up stairs and the spa in the room was not working but didn't worry us .

Great staff and excellent location. We would stay there again
Pros:

The staff, reception were lovely, particularly the gentleman that checked us in. Location was perfect.

Cons:

A little renovation would be great, the pool needs some love but it didn’t affect our stay.

Disappointing all around - huge money for a run down hotel that has seen much better days.
Pros:

Location of hotel was central

Cons:

- Room was run down and old
- Bed was sunken into the middle due to joining of two beds to make the king size and the roll in effect
- Non-serviced rooms - really?? for full price fee
- Divider door was weather affected and swollen, not shutting properly
- Main door into room did not self-close and lock - had to be manually pushed to click shut
- Unless the A/C was on, the floor was a slippery wet mess that was nothing but a hazard
- Bin in bathroom was so big it could not be pushed under the bench
- Black mould in the shower tiling
- Lift not working to upper floor - had to carry luggage
- Freezer compartment of fridge has not been defrosted in a very long time

Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was a nice length for swimming.

Cons:

Very noisy early morning with (presume council?) people operating very noisy leaf blowers for long periods outside window on Macrassan St. Similarly with the council trucks clearing debris very early in the morning.
