Pros:

I like the place but I am very disappointed because I booked two rooms and one room the person got the zona and couldn’t make it. I sent a message through the platform as soon as I was told (Thursday while the arrival was on the Saturday) and when I arrived on the Saturday the person at the desk told me they hadn’t read the message. She was confused and said they would cancel at no charge because it was their fault they didn’t look at the messages but I was never reimbursed. It feel like they didn’t want to tell me they wouldn’t reimburse it when I was there. I had also sent the medical statement of my guest.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights. I don’t find this fair play and will think twice before going again.

The perfect place to stay in Raleigh
Pros:

Loved everything about it. The mid century vibes are great while being well updated. Loved the patio area. Walkable to downtown and many restaurants too.

We came for a concert and to explore downtown and it was great walking distance to everything downtown! And a short driv
Pros:

Check in and check out was quick and easy! Very comfortable, very clean it was amazing!

Comfortable bed and everyone was so nice!
Pros:

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We only wish we were able to stay longer! I really loved the free coffee in the morning.

No complaints.
