This is a beautiful 5-star hotel. Guests are warmly welcomed with a traditional scarf and blessings, which adds a special touch to the experience. The stay was very quiet and peaceful, and both the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. In the evening, the hotel hosts a cultural dance show. I happened to arrive right at the start when no one else was there, and to my surprise, they still began the performance on schedule just for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel truly special.
The location is convenient as it’s situated on a main road. However, compared to areas like Thamel, there isn’t much to see nearby since it’s more of a business district. You should expect to rely on taxis to get around. The hotel can also arrange a driver for the day, which is a convenient option.

When i checked in i was handed a bill that was much more expensive that the booking.com price. When i disputed this price, i was told the problem was i did not understand dollars the euro conversion. When i dissagreed, suddenly the correct, already printed, invoice was produced. Is this how things are supposed to work?
We loved everything about this hotel. The location was good. The Royal Suite was the perfect place to relax after a full day’s sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Front desk were very helpful with a number of requests. Food was really good, especially the local cuisine.... although breakfast was average.

Just some minor points.....why does a 5 star hotel have tatty, stained, paper menus? So simple and cheap to print some plastic ones.
Some areas are a bit scruffy, and the swimming pool was unusably cold.
Staff were very helpful and really nice people, from the staff at reception to the guy directing the cars out the front they were all great, the whole place was just perfect for us
