They never replied to my room request; because they don't have a pond.: they could have said so....
Pros:

I thought I was reserving at Selma NORTH CAROLINA. I went there and spent the night.
All of your message just say SELMA, so why would I be reading down to see that address when I KNOW the address from staying there before. I just wanted to boost my Genius level. Dumb me.

Cons:

Put every large-letter mention of the name WITH the state abbreviation. Would that kill the vibe?
Also. the front of their motel looks like the front of the NC motel.

Incredible stay
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful! It was beautiful, homey, and the service was amazing! The front desk woman, Deedee, was so incredibly helpful and nice. She was absolutely exuding energy and kindness. Donna at breakfast was equally amazing. She was so helpful and so incredibly kind. It was overall a fantastic stay!

Home away from home
Pros:

From the time I checked in until check out, the entire staff was friendly, professional and ready to assist.
Dee Dee is top notch! She's always bubbly, helpful and asking what can she do to make our stay better.
The breakfast bar & area is always nice, clean with fesh hot food. I don't remember the young lady that's over there but, she does a great job as well.
Hampton Inn is our go to whenever we're in Selma, keep up the good work!

This was the ideal place to stay for our wedding anniversary and celebrate Juneteenth.
Pros:

Our breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant Donna was very nice and kind to us. Each morning she had everything prepared for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service!!

Cons:

We had no complaints about anything. Our stay was great.

I’ll rather drive home and back next time to Selma rather stay at this hotel because it was unfair to have pool closed f

It was clean

Cons:

The fact that they changed the rate to a higher rate because of the park having games and the traffic the hotel would attract with there not being many in the area. Then they closed the pool because they didn’t want to be bothered by the kids being in the pool was not cool. It was hot and they needed something to do after the game.

Alabama wedding...
Pros:

The hotel is clean and new looking. Deedee at the front desk is one of the kindest, most happy people you will meet. She even shared a dance with me when my jam came on :)
They offer a full, delicious warm breakfast with all the fixings...but between Donna and Jiane, they keep the buffet ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS. Everything is neat, clean, pleasant, great tasting...no matter how many people are there.

All in all, a very nice stay. Appreciate the work.

Great Experience
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. DeeDee at the front desk was amazing. I felt like I made a new friend! She was very accommodating and made me feel like family instead of a guest. Highly recommend this hotel and DeeDee.
