Felt uncomfortable and watched every time I walked past with my 7 year old child
Pros:

Hotel was nice, clean and was in a nice area. The pool was cloudy, the tile was extremely slippery, even walking people were slipping and almost falling. They only left 4 pool towels at a time before having to go to the front desk to ask. Upon check in, I walked in the lobby alone and was greeted by the rudest woman. She immediately asked if I was apart of some group which I said I was not. She told me that my reservation looked like I had a kid so I needed to "control my kid on this hotel at all times and not let it wonder around" I was absolutely shocked that this was our first interactions aside from her asking my name. I don't know where she got off even assuming I was apart of some group and assuming my 7 year old child would be some kind of issue. From there she told me quiet hours were 10pm, again, I had just walked in at 915 from travel and was already tired. I snapped at her and told her I was going to bed, she didn't have to worry about me OR my kid. Insane.

Amazing staff, makes for a great experience
Pros:

A great stay. Staff were all super welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Bruno for check in on the stay proactively and his recommendations list is so fab. All the information you could need like ring go code for car park and what three words. Beds also super comfortable and rooms lovely and clean.

My family had a great time
Pros:

It was a pleasure to be there

Cons:

The pool water should be a bit warmer than it was , I stay at lots of water places and this is the only one that the pool water be cold as ice sometimes
