Great location reasonable rate for what is a good room. We were in 105 which is in a building of its own. It is a pub complex but that was not an issue for this room.
Really disappointed that no- one seems to answer requests, the receptionist is not there until 11am and leaves at 5. Outside of there is a manager who by their own admission does not answer emails from Friday onwards. Go figure. This room was unusually warm 77f and not a lot we could do about it. It was clean, but shabby with obvious damage to the table and several things broken. The aircon never blew cold so we put up with it for the price and location.
Great location, close to the subway
Nothing, all good
Great location, large room, comfortable bed and shower A+.
Spotty internet/WiFi is an understatement. Was not able to watch TV or use computer. College kids leaving the bar at 2am were very noise. No breakfast as advertised.
The size of the bed, the architecture of the building, the location being close to public transportation, the staff, the room itself were all great. A very cute place in a convenient location.
The level of noise from the bar downstairs into the wee hours made it almost impossible to sleep. The temperature was too high in the building. There was a very heavy perfume in the lobby area that wasn't a person because it was consistently overwhelming each time I went through. It triggered an asthma attack. It was also a bit confusing to find the front desk.
Location
Nothing
I had room 301 and it was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and practical. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Good location, walking distance to all amenities, pub right nearby that stays open till 2 am
It was very close to the University of Toronto, clean, and affordable and the staff was very accommodating.
How you check in isn’t very clear so you need to make note of the phone number to contact someone.
