I will tell my friends this is the place to stay!
Pros:

Cleanliness, adjustable window shade for darkness, huge television, convenient fridge and microwave. The liquid dispensers are so ecological friendly and feel more at home. The desk clerks at check in and check out were great. The breakfast was so delicious! Mexican eatery within walking distance. City Market/Kroeger across the street.

Cons:

Easy to miss the street entrance. Otherwise, nothing to report.

Disappointed for what we paid

Cons:

My room was dirty, I had hand prints and foot print marks on the ceiling, there was trash along the bed side the mattress had old food on it that someone previously spilled is my guess n spider webs in the window.

Holiday Inn doesn't rent to locals
Pros:

I didn't, never got to stay. Come to find out because I'm a local cannot stay. Found this out 2 hrs before thank goodness I called to check the reservation and was able to send my business elsewhere which was a better place and very nice people who definitely like locals
Was having a 16th birthday party and it almost got ruined but thankfully Grand Vista Hotel saved my party. We left the room clean and tidy my girls had such a wonderful time they were perfect guests at Grand Vista Hotel

The property was clean and well taken care of! I love that your given a parking pass to ensure that the only people lingering around the hotel are those that are staying in it
