Close to freeway. Morning staff was nice.
Our initial room (403) had dead flies and alive flies in it. We went down to notify the night team and request a different room and they were not apologetic at all. We were basically told that it’s normal because it’s been hot. The attendant then came into the room and take pictures and stated “at least they are dead” as if that was okay. I explained that we had killed a few flying around. We got moved to room 111 and had the same problem plus the shower and sink did not drain and the door to the bathroom does not lock. We will definitely not come back and will reconsider if we want to go to any Holiday Inn location in the future. The only good thing was the morning staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was great, the beds comfortable, quiet area and nice cookies as a treat. Very friendly staff.
The hot tub water looked like it needed changed. A little sketchy and shallow but we sat in it anyway.
Clean, convenient
We have been on the road a month. This stay was, by far, our best stay! Everything was wonderful. Staff were great. Really comfortable beds (so grateful for that!), and a much better breakfast than most! Thank you for caring for your property and making the stay comfortable and memorable!
Cleanliness, adjustable window shade for darkness, huge television, convenient fridge and microwave. The liquid dispensers are so ecological friendly and feel more at home. The desk clerks at check in and check out were great. The breakfast was so delicious! Mexican eatery within walking distance. City Market/Kroeger across the street.
Easy to miss the street entrance. Otherwise, nothing to report.
