Centralissimo. Camera molto carina, parcheggio gratuito a 10 minuti a piedi (presso la funivia). Personal ed molto gentile ed accogliente. Buona prima colazione.

Der Blick aus den Fenstern und die Gartenterrasse waren fantastisch

Allerdings nichts für Menschen mit kaputtem Knie (Treppen!) Und empfindlichen Ohren (die ganze Nacht läuten Glocken)

Historisches Gebäude in traumhafter Altstadtlage mit Espressobar und super Restaurant (5 Gehminuten)
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft - direkt an der Piazza Grande im Zentrum der Altstadt! Die zugehörige Taverna del Lupo ist ein super traditionelles Restaurant und das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren am Franziskusweg mit den e-Bikes unterwegs und nur für eine Nacht im Hotel - sehr hilfsbereiter Rezeptionist und gute Lademöglichkeit für die Bikes trotz Innenstadtlage. Das sehr gute Frühstück ist in der traditionellen Espressobar, in welcher schon vor über 30 Jahren die Bud Spencer Filme gedreht wurden!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war nur durch eine Verbindungstüre zum Nachbarzimmer getrennt und man hörte wirklich ALLES (!!!) vom Nachbarzimmer...!

Eine sehr gute Wahl in der schönen Stadt Gubbio!
Pros:

Ein sehr stilvoller Ort mit freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten vom Hotelzimmer im 4. Stock einen Ausblick über die ganze Stadt.

Personale disponibile,gentilissimi e molto accogliente. Struttura pulita e ben rifornita di servizi. Colazione continentale abbondante e buona. Posizione ottima. Soprattutto ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Das Hotel lebt von der Lage … und von der Vergangenheit
Pros:

Top Lage: Das Hotel liegt extrem zentral (direkt am Hauptplatz). Freundlichkeit aber mehr marketingmäßig. Man muss sich im Vorhinein die Anfahrt durch die ZTL-Zone erklären lassen.

Cons:

Ich hatte um ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Platz und über die Dächer von Gubbio gebeten. Das habe ich auch bekommen, ich hätte aber darauf hingewiesen werden müssen, dass an dem Tag die Festa del Peperoncino stattfindet und ich über ein Meer an weißen Sonnenschutzzelten schaue…

La posizione è straordinaria, l' ingresso è su Piazza Grande, nel cuore di Gubbio. Il bar poi è quello delle prime serie di Don Matteo

La struttura composita dell' albergo, che nasce da piú costruzioni, rende scomodi gli spostamenti al suo interno

Pros:

Wunderschöner Palazzo direkt an der Piazza. Besser geht es nicht. Frühstück draußen in bester Lage. Einfach ein Traum.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Dass man 400 m weiter parken muss ist der wunderschönen Altstadt geschuldet, aber man darf vor dem Hotel das Gepäck ein-und ausladen. Alles perfekt organisiert
