Pros:

Very nice place to stay in Gubbio, rightly located and friendly staff. Hotel has also a nice restaurant below in the city. Don’t turn though your GPS to get there rather call the hotel manager!

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location with amazing views. We loved exploring all the little areas within the hotel… lovely roof top area and quiet seating areas outside and inside.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

È un hotel di massimo 2 stelle, camere vecchie e colazione pessima. Inoltre, viene assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata e soprattutto le foto su expedia e sul loro sito sono fuorvianti ed una trappola. Credo che le recenzioni positive siano state lasciate da persone che non sono mai state in un 4 stelle. Evitate questo hotel, mancanza assoluta di organizzazione.

Great place but get directions before you arrive.
Pros:

The hotel is stunning in a superb location but driving to it proved very difficult because Google maps had no idea. Recommendation for hotel - send guests a map with the route on it. We had to park in town and walk up steep hills and steps to hotel then be given a map and walk back to car and drive! Also hotel has lifts but still some steps. Having said all that we thought it a wonderful experience.

Key location in the heart of Gubbio. Lovely room with stunning view. Hotel staff were excellent super kind and willing to help in case of need or questions. Definitely a great choice.

Hotel situato in piazza dei signori, pieno centro di gubbio (le stanze non hanno la vista sulla piazza); molto tranquillo, pulito, stanza spziosa ben arredata. Se dovessimo ripassare da gubbio torneremo sicuramente

Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per un breve soggiorno a Gubbio. Il posto è in posizione perfetta per girare nel borgo storico. Il palazzo è antico e tenuto molto bene. Le camere sono ben pulite.
Ottima la colazione sulla piazza Gande.

Interesting experience
Pros:

This hotel with modern rooms is located in the middle of the old city, right on the main square of the city. It is clean and had a plentiful breakfast with many options, including gluten free.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and tried their hardest to help with everything they could.

However, it was hard to sleep due to the loud church bells ringing every 15 minutes all night long, which made our experience interesting, yet not comfortable.

Our biggest problem was parking. When we arrived the streets of the historic center were closed and we had to pay for parking a 10 minute walk up a steep hill to the hotel. Two hours later we were able to move our car to a free lot, still a short walk away. We were not reimbursed for the paid parking and were not Informed about any of these parking problems ahead of time, otherwise we would have planned our arrival accordingly.

Pros:

We did have a problem with a door handle and with water on the floor of the bathroom, but both were fixed after we reported them. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
