Завтрак на наш вкус показался разнообразным, многообразие сезонных фруктов, и других продуктов, разные горячие блюда и каши для детей. Мы очень довольны. Персонаж очень дружелюбный, очень помогли в решении личных проблем, с обменом валюты , с бронированием билетов . Вернемся снова

Hotel has a great central location, very close to the main square. The staff is helpful and friendly and the cleanliness in exceptional. The property gave us complimentary early check in and that is always a great advantage.
Breakfast in delicious and meets all the main dietary needs, but there could be a bit more variety. Both pillows in the rooms are very high and hard, there could be a choice for better comfort. After using the sauna it's always pleasant to chill in spa area, but there is no furniture for that and that could be a nice addition for recreational area.

Very centrally located and comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and lovely pool area. Staff very helpful.
The only minus point of this otherwise excellent hotel was the loud music in the pool area.

Staff has to work more on the communication skills with the customer especially in English. More than a miscommunication case occurred due to that, last one led to evacuate the hotel immediately with no other available room after a confirmation from the staff that the room can be extended a day before, while it was not. As well, there was an arrogant tone from the management with no apology about what happened.
Very good gym, sauna and outside pool, breakfast is also not bad.
Rooms are a bit old fashioned, bed could be better, they asked me my credit card number and expiration date on checkout in order to refund me food deposit.
