У нас было три номера, отдыхали большой семьей. Довольны абсолютно всеми сотрудниками и всеми удобствами. Отлично погуляли по центру Еревана, рядом много ресторанов с вкуснейшей едой, супермаркеты, аптеки и прочее - всё в шаговой доступности. Сервис безупречен! Чувствовала любовь и заботу о нас в каждом дне пребывания. Вернусь!
Сервис выше всяких похвал. Очень удобное расположение, нагулялись по центру Еревана. Всё было отлично, а сервис, начиная с заезда и до самого выезда - это высший уровень гостеприимства. Сотрудники просто ангелы, всегда с улыбкой, всегда рады ответить на вопросы и рады помочь. За сервис огромное спасибо! Мне было очень очень хорошо у вас. Вернусь! Рекомендую!
The staff at the hotel are friendly, efficient, and have excellent language skills. The breakfast buffet had everything needed. Although, as I find at many hotels, the 'orange' juice could be better. The room, although compact, was sufficient for me and was immaculately clean. Decor (furnishings) is dated but well-maintained.
Nothing really I could complain about. The hotel does not have lots of facilities immediately around it, but you dont have to walk too far to find shops, restaurants, and cafes.

نال الإعجاب · الافطار جيد لا يوجد احد يسوي البيض لكن الافطار منوع و لذيذ يحطون البيض الاوملت في جدر كبير و كلن يغرف احيانا يغيرون ما يسوون اوملت
الفندق قريب جدا من ساحة الجمهوريه مجرد 3 الى 4 دقايق و هذي ميزه للفندق
اللوبي مو واسع لا باس به مناسب لفندق 4 نجوم
المطعم في الفندق جيد و يقدم مينيو منوع في الغداء و العشاء
الغرفه العاديه مو واسعه حيل محدوده لكن مناسبه
طاقم العمل كلهم ممتازين و خدومين و بشوشين
ما فيه واحد حق الشناط اذا وصلت للفندق يشيل شناطك اما انت تاخذ شناطك للغرفه او الاستقبال يكلمون و يجيك واحد
I had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Congress Hotel and I was truly satisfied with everything. The hotel environment was comfortable and pleasant, the rooms were very clean, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
The service quality was outstanding, and the breakfast was also very good with a nice variety and fresh options.
I would especially like to thank the reception staff, Laura and Inga, who were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. They supported us a lot, showed great understanding of our situation, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference for us.
Overall, I believe this hotel offers very high value and I would absolutely recommend it. The only small point is that the price felt slightly high, and it would be even better if the rates could be a bit more affordable, so guests can stay longer and return more often.

Еда, относительно позиции халяль: завтрак съедобный, на ужин практически нечего есть. На ужин меню стандартная карта на 12 или 13 позиций.
When I leave my email on the front desk in the reception and leave the hotel which I payed for my room and I have a partner staying with me and she will leave after of couple of hours,and when I leave my email and kindly ask them to inform me which time she leaves so that we have a surprise to make to her, we were waiting there email, and all of sudden they answered me a privacy policy. They are stupid people they could've inform me before when I was leaving my email to them. Nothing is professional with them all is bad and I will not visit this hotel again.
Staff stupid they are not straight forward.
