Clean, professional staff, great location, great price per value, fast check in/out
There are no USB plugs in the rooms, was unable to charge the phone with my plug. For the breakfast no baked bread that you can cut for toast, only buns and sandwich bread.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options and daily variation of dishes. Staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. The gym is good. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. I would stay here again.
The road outside can be a little noisy. The wi-fi was generally fine but did come and go a bit. No serious problems with the room, which was clean and comfortable, but, by international standards, it was not really 4-star level.
The Breakfast and common areas is nice
There is no parking space really like what they say free parking only few spaces at front of the street and once they are full they say we can’t do anything
I tried to extend my stay couple of time Receptionists where trying to charge more and more so i ended up not paying and book with booking again which i found a bit not right when you are there they went to charge more (it should be other way around as they are not getting charged for fees )
For the money you pay i don’t think its as great maximum £50 per night i would say is worth it as Yerevan you can get nicer places and better location with that price

В номере есть все необходимое. Очень порадовало личное письмо и комплимент (набор сухофруктов).
Центр рядом, до галлереи 10 минут пешком.

Very good breakfast, great location, and very friendly staff. The interior is modern, and the amenities of the hotel are very good.
The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.
