Tiny pillows, cold breakfast, watered down coffee and juice.
Friendly staff
The pillows are not comfortable at all. They do surface cleans not a deep clean in the rooms.
This was the second room theu offered and it was better than the first if that tell you anything. Absolutely terrible

Not able to bolt or chain the door for security, mold around the tub/shower, open fuse box, smelly carpwts, fuxtures ripped off the wall and not repaired, no maid service, no food available during breakfast hours, and very noisy, the beds were messy....too pricey for what we did get.
Dirty hallways and stairwells. Splatter on walls. No blind on window. Horrid bed making. Not sure when the bed was vacuumed under. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff were nice, however the room was not adequate. There were dark stains on the white shower curtain, and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Dark stains on moulding in bathroom and the tub had rust marks in it! The rest of the room appeared clean. We had an emergency and had to leave hotel a day early. They would not consider a refund or a partial refund. Not recommending this hotel.
Super 8 Kirkland needs some major repairs. While my room’s washroom was newer, the shower walls had other people’s hair and blue soap which is not the colour of the soap I was using. The other room’s bathroom smelled and the bathroom looked like it had not been repaired or replaced since the hotel opened. Staff were nice and friendly however and the location and parking was fine.
Ceck was typical. Room was terrible. Damage visible in multiple areas. Damp smelling. I could see through the door when closed, door seal missing in multiple areas. Loose toilet seat. Remote missing battery cover. Towel rack falling off the wall. Stains on vanity and mattress. Yuk! Even the Super 8 sign is falling apart! Showed pictures upon check out and nothing was said. No explanation. No apology. Nothing.
Our room stunk of smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Everything is run down and dirty. The breakfast was very meagre.

Building is older motel. Door could not lock.
Breakfast is the standard franchise buffet option. Eggs taste like rubber as soon as they cool off. Limited selection.

We paid a lot for this room for someone who was driving our truck to a new province. It was so dirty. He didn’t complain to us until the next morning. We’ve been on the road for 3 days, so he was glad to get off it!
