Pros:

Staff were friendly. We arrived too early for check in. They offered breakfast for us and we could leave our luggage in reception.

Cons:

Shower was working not good. We needed to wait long time warm water because water was cold.

値段的にもっといいとこある

お部屋は新しい感満載だけど、トイレとシャワーが完全に設計ミス。収納すぺーすあんなにいらないから水回りをなんとかしてほしかった。清掃がこまかいとこまでいきとどいておらず、同業者として気になってしまった。朝食は充実していてよき。まだオープンしたばかりの新しい方ということで頑張ってほしいので、厳し目に。

水回り。コーヒースプーンやアメニティー入れの汚れ、トイレのゴミ箱の位置や配置。シャンプー2本とボディーソープは合ってるのか？

Tiene una ubicación extraordinaria y el personal es de lo más atento que he visto.

Pros:

Sector del edificio recientemente remodelado, todo nuevo y cómodo. Terraza abierta día y noche con vista al Registan a 150 metros. Muy bueno el desayuno. Personal muy bien dispuesto para la comunicación y orientación. Especialmente Jonhy.

La mejor ubicación de Samarcanda
Pros:

Personal amabilísimo y una ubicación ideal al lado del Registran.
La terraza es espectacular.

Pros:

ロケーションが良い。レギスタン広場まで徒歩10〜15分。
人気レストランEMIRHAN restaurant がすぐ近くにある。

Cons:

レセプションのスタッフが親切で、電車の予約をしてくれて助かった。
お礼のチップを渡したくて現金をくずしてほしいと以来したが「スムの現金がない」と言われた。残念。

真正面ではないですが、ルーフトップテラスからレギスタン広場も見えます。

Pros:

The location is great, very central!

There is a new and an older building, we stayed in both as we moved rooms. Newer building is definitely nicer and more comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating with the laundry service and when asked to change rooms as we didn’t have any window the first day. (We booked late and it was the only room left)

Cons:

While breakfast was great the first morning when we arrived at 8:50 and the selection was amazing, we were disappointed to see that the second morning at 9:20 there was pretty much nothing left (no eggs, juice, pastries, milk for coffee, etc). It says breakfast is available from 8 to 10… and when asked about it the staff didn’t really say anything, it seems they don’t refill anything so first come first serve i suppose :/ Also labels would be nice as it’s impossible to know otherwise what is in the food and meet/veg are mixed.
