Pros:

Posizione perfetta… proprio dietro il Registan
Dalla camera e dalla sala colazioni avevamo una vista magnifica
Camera grande, pulita e ottima colazione
Siamo partiti nel pomeriggio e abbiamo avuto il late check out senza spese aggiuntive

The location is the best for me. Breakfast view is something beyond imagination. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I don't like soft mattress, that was the only discomfort for me. But it depends on the person, I guess.

Pros:

The staff was helpful and kind. We arrived early before the check in and they graciously allowed us into our rooms, all 4 rooms. We only stayed there for 1 night and everything was excellent during that duration. Breakfast was plentiful and a lot of options to choose from. Location is only steps away from Registan Square. We could walk to and from the evening light show.

Cons:

everything was great. no complaints

Pros:

Заселение было вечером, попросили сразу продление на следующий день до 16.00, продлили безплатно.
До площади Регистан 3 минуты.
Завтраки проходят на 3 этаже(очень хорошие завтраки), есть закрытое помещение с кондиционером и есть открытая веранда, где можно вечером посидеть с видом на площадь Регистан.

Cons:

Лично для меня были высокие подушки

Excellent location and stay.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were excellent. Rooms are very comfortable.

Bathtubs too high to step in and out off. No fan in the bathrooms to remove the humidity.

Il sogno a Samarcanda
Pros:

Hotel nel cuore della città, le foto della terrazza che guarda il Registan sono verissime. Quando si sale su in terrazza l'emozione della vista è incredibile. La colazione abbondantissima e ottima è servita in terrazza, da immaginare la colazione con una vista spettacolare. Lo staff è molto disponibile, abbiamo chiesto di venrci a prendere in stazione e ci hanno accontentati subito (prezzo imbattibile del transfer). La struttura è di recente costruzione e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Cons:

La vista della camera è su una vietta laterale, quindi niente vista, solo terrazza.

Pros:

The location was excellent, very nice views from the hotel terrace. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small. Breakfast was very bad. Everything was warm including the yogurts and the mayonnaise and other sauces that literally stay on the counter all day in a hot room, avoid them. Also they demanded cash on arrival without prior notice and did not provide invoice. A week later our booking was changed from two to just one night without our confirmation, which may be a misunderstanding but seems a little shady.

Korzystaliśmy z pokoju 3 osobowego, bardzo wygodne łóżka, ładnie urządzone pomieszczenie. Świetny taras i jadalnia z niesamowitym widokiem na Registan. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny recepcjonista.

Cons:

Niestety nie zawsze podczas śniadań w sali jest ktoś z personelu, skutkuje to chaosem na stole z jedzeniem, brakiem serwetek na stołach itp. Np. brakowało wystarczającej liczby łyżek czy chochli do nakładania. Skutkowało to, że jedną goście nakładali różne dania. Uciążliwe jest też to, że hotel wymaga płatności gotówką, przy pobycie kilkudniowym, wymaga to wypłacenia większej kwoty.

サマルカンドの良い思い出を作りたいならここに泊まるな。実害が出たのでレビューする。

なかなかレビューを書くことがない。書くことが仕事の一部になっていることもありますが、ホテルに宿泊をして実害がないというのが大きな理由です。このホテルは実害が出たので他の利用者のためにもしっかりと書くことにした。

不思議なことが2度起こった。まずはチェックイン時。支払いは現金のみという。カウンターにはカードの支払い端末見えるように置いてあるのだが銀行とのトラブルで使えないという。ほんまかいな。しかも米ドルが良いという。困る人は絶対にいる。チェックイン時に少し不思議に思う。

そして宿泊2日目からWiFiが一切使えなくなり仕事の業務に差し支えが出る。フロントで尋ねると近隣の火災の影響でWiFiが使えないという。ほんまかいな。2日経っても復旧せず再度尋ねるとフロントの深夜担当の優しい子が私の携帯のテザリングをお貸ししましょうか？と提案してくれた。これは嬉しかったが、そういう話ではない。流石にこういうことを言わせてしまうのは経営サイドの大きな問題。

立地が良いからと完全に甘え切った体質のホテルとなっています。優しいスタッフが可哀想なくらいにその体質に沿ったスタッフがいます。WiFiは直しているところだ。言い訳も経営者に似て上手になってきているように思う。2日経っても元には戻りません。せいぜい案内するべきではないでしょうか。朝食時にWiFiの話をしている他のゲストもいたことも把握しています。実害があるのは私だけではありません。

近隣にこのホテル以外に良いホテルがあります。このホテルはレギスタン広場の裏手にあるだけで大したホテルではありません。朝食も普通ですし設備も普通以下です。ハンガーが一つしかありませんでした。冷蔵庫の電源も入っていません。テレビも飾り物です。屋上のテラスも大したものではありません。レギスタン広場へ行けば満足度は同じです。ここに泊まる必要は何一つありません。サマルカンドの良い思い出を作りたいなら絶対にここに泊まるな。
