The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and there was a wonderful view of Registan Square.

Cons:

​Major problem: the inability to pay by card.

On Booking.com, it was stated that payment would be charged to the card provided at registration two days before arrival and that the hotel accepted credit cards.

None of this was true. At check-in, they were peremptory and insisted on payment exclusively in cash.

This created major operational issues for us. The nearest bank had technical problems, as did others nearby. We had to go on a search for a bank where, after waiting in line for two hours, we were finally able to exchange money.

​You should be more transparent and honest to avoid misunderstandings, and clearly state on Booking.com that cash is the only accepted payment method, just as the hotel we stayed at in Khiva did.

The manager claimed to have sent a private message warning us about the payment method, but I received nothing, nor could they have received any response from me.

It is unacceptable that in 2026 a hotel still does not allow payment by card!

La posizione è incredibile, la stanza era pulita e nuova di zecca. I letti erano comodi.
La colazione è servita in una stanza che ha vista sul Registan e da cui si apre una splendida terrazza con libero accesso, anche in orario serale.

Cons:

Lo staff è stato un po' approssimativo e non sempre era presente in reception. Siamo arrivati tardi (ma erano stati avvisati) e ci hanno indicato la stanza, ma senza darci informazioni sulla colazione. Non avevano il resto da darmi e mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto nei giorni seguenti, ma sto ancora aspettando... si tratta di poco, ma l'ho trovato spiacevole.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in 1A Lage mit bestem Personal
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt im Hotel Minor für 3 Tage. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können, direkt am Registan und nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu Restaurants und Cafes. Der Frühstücksraum, klimatisiert, befindet sich auf dem Dach des Hotel, mit direktem Blick auf den Registan Platz. Abend kann doch auch nochmal den beleuchtet Platz bestaunen.
Das Frühstück ware vollkommen zufriedenstellend und jeder konnten seinen morgendlichen Appetit stillen.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, und durch Flugunregelmäßigkeiten, ging der Rückflug erst um 2Uhr morgens am Folgetag. Dank des mehr als freundlichen Personals des Hotel, konnten wir ein Zimmer bis Mitternacht halten, obwohl wir an diesem Tag checkout hatten. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Die Kaffeekapseln / Teebeutel wurden nach dem nutzen nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Aber dafür gab es immer frisches Flaschenwasser

Bellissima struttura con terrazza panoramica di fronte alla piazza principale dalla città. Ottima la colazione con vista. Staff veramente gentile. Abbiamo avuto una bellissima camera con vista.

Posizione fantastica, un hotel da consigliare
Pros:

Posizione eccellente a due passi dal Registan e da ottimi ristoranti con vista sul Registan. Camera con vista e letto grandissimo. Unico problema il riscaldamento del bagno che con le temperature estive non era certo ottimale. Le bottiglie d'acqua date gratuitamente oltre quelle messe in camera è un'attenzione particolarmente gradita

Cons:

La colazione con inizio alle 8 è decisamente troppo tardi in special modo se poi devi prendere un treno. Il riscaldamento del bagno andrebbe eliminato in estate
