Unbeatable views
Pros:

Unbeatable location and the rooftop is even better in person than in pictures. A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or spend the afternoon in the sunshine watching Registan square. Very friendly staff who booked taxis for us and stored luggage, and a good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

There was some loud drilling one night from construction (not sure if it was in the hotel building or next door). We had two rooms and felt the King room with view of Registan was excellent value but the triple room on the ground floor was a little expensive. But overall the rooftop and friendly staff made up for this, and you’re paying for the amazing location! we would stay again.

It probably is One of the best places to stay in Samarkand. And for the Price unbeatable.

No habían canales de televisión, solo cuenta youtube en japonés, el teléfono no funcionaba
Los enchufes de lámparas.de.mesilla no se aguantaban, haciendo complicado conseguir mantenerlas encendidas.
El.primer dia de desayuno, no quedaban ni platos, ni cubiertos, ni vasos, ni tazas. Reposición de comida tampoco.
El café horroroso.

Pros:

Прекрасный номер- большой по площади и приятный по обстановке. Окна номера выходили на крепость - великолепно. Администраторы шустрые и приветливые. Отель не новый, но чувствуется что сотрудники заботятся о сохранности отеля. Завтраки очень хорошие, достаточный выбор блюд, заварной кофе. К началу времени завтраков сотрудники немного не успевали с подачей всего ассортимента, поэтому выходите на завтрак минут на 15-20 позже, ну и сотрудникам надо выйти на обслуживание чуть пораньше. Вид с террасы на завтраке самый туристический - на исторические здания. Администраторы рекомендовали вкусные кафе на обеды/ужины, обменивали валюту по оптимальному курсу, предлагали экскурсии. Приятные воспоминания.

Cons:

Полотенца не махратятся, но сильно застираны- не приятно.

Pros:

A perfect location! It's just across the street from Registan Square. The staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. Breakfast was a banquet with Nozina helping everyone to choose correctly. I even got a teapot to myself for my morning tea and this was very welcome indeed!
My room was beautiful with a very large and very comfortable bed, good daily supplies of water, and fresh towels whenever needed. Tea /coffee making facility was great too with lovely large cups and mugs and a fridge for milk, kefir and whatever else one might want to store there.
The young people working in reception are a credit to their employers and indeed to their native country too. They were polite, helpful and always so very pleasant.

Cons:

Just one thing... I would like to have had a bedside lamp. Luckily, I always carry a small torch with me, so that was a great help.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, y la terraza para desayunar o ver amanecer espectacular. Pero sin duda lo mejor fue la atención recibida por el personal del hotel, extremadamente amable, atento y con detalles que no se ven a menudo. La habitación muy agradable y cómoda también.Sin duda alguna recomendable 100%.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля — очень удобное и удачное. Завтрак был хороший, разнообразный и вкусный. В номере и в целом в отеле было чисто и приятно находиться. Персонал — приветливый и внимательный, что создаёт комфортную атмосферу. Также хочется отметить приятный интерьер — всё выглядело стильно и уютно, благодаря чему общее впечатление осталось очень положительным.

Cons:

Из минусов: старый, плохо работающий душ, электрика мерцала и искрила, розетки плохо держат адаптеры и не все подходят для зарядки телефона, рядом стройка.

Punto di forza la posizione
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, praticamente sul retro della bellissima piazza Registan visibile anche dalla terrazza dell'hotel. Sicuramente la posizione e la vista dalla terrazza sono il pezzo forte dell'hotel. Per quanto riguarda le camere dipende molto dalla camera assegnata. Nel nostro caso una camera era Ok mentre l'altra non aveva finestre con l'apertura verso l'esterno ma solo una finestra con vetri colorati che si affacciava sulla scala interna di passaggio e, di conseguenza, non apribile per cui la camera risultava buia e non areata.
La colazione andrebbe rivista.
