Great stay!
Pros:

Great location! It takes 10-15 minutes to Registan Square and Gur-e-Amir on foot.
The rooftop is awesome! We can see Registan Square from the rooftop at night. Super relaxed.
Breakfast is also good. Different pastries every day.

Cons:

Booking.com says Credit cards are acceptable, but actually NOT. The owner informed me about the payment just after I booked a room, but I didn’t check it…;( the owner is really kind and helpful! Booking.com should renew the information.
The fridge doesn’t work when we’re out.

Best room ever , with the view on the Registan , the room is literally new and clean , it looks like a dream , the breakfast even better because is on the terrace with the view on the Registan , personal is very nice they help you with everything

位置超好，员工友善，推荐入住。
Pros:

地理位置很好，绕个弯就到广场了，而且二楼景色绝佳。前台英语沟通顺利，冷气充足，早餐也丰富。附近就有非常有名的网红餐厅，出门左拐50m，出门右拐不到1km有个不错的小超市能满足必须品。

Cons:

顶楼酒吧阳台门最好标识下是左右的推拉门，晚上上去时候以为是推的门推半天。

Pros:

La terrazza che affaccia sul Registan è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Colazione varia e abbondante, staff molto gentile, camera spaziosa e letto comodo.

By choosing this Minor hotel, we were able to discover the city in just 24 hours.

この度で1番ハズレだと感じた宿。
Pros:

当初のチェックイン時間より早めにチェックインさせてもらえた。
立地、ただレギスタン広場の入り口へは5分ぐらいかかります。

Cons:

ルーフトップへ入れなかった。
朝食のアナウンスがなかった。
宿泊費のおつりが催促しないと返ってこなかった。
布団がクローゼットに入ったままで布団カバーだけがベッドにあった。
お風呂場の排水が詰まっていてシャワーを浴びると足元に汚い水が溜まって不快だった。

Perfekte Lage am Registan
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage am Registan und zum Zentrum. Super freundliches Personal.
Wurden im neuen Gebäude Minor2 untergebracht. Dort wurde alles neu gemacht.
Frühstück mit Blick auf den Registan war perfekt.

Cons:

Viel blingbling mit vielen kleinen Fehlern (Fugen im Bad, Ablauf in der Dusche reicht nicht, kaum Platt für 2 Koffer und Klamotten.

Jony is a life saver
Pros:

Jony, a staff member, was the best. He arranged our pick up and then became a problem solver that saved my life. I forgot a valuable item and he was quick to again arrange its safe delivery to me
I cannot recommend this hotel enough just because of Jony's thoughtful service.
This hotel has the best view in all the city, right to the side of the Registan.

Pros:

Perfect location. You can wander around an empty Registan Square early in the morning. Watching the square’s sunset from the terrace in the evening breeze is absolutely amazing. The staff are warm and accommodating; they fulfilled our special requests and upgraded us to a lovely room.
