the hotel sent us a message through Booking on the day we were supposed to arrive that they have a water outage at the property (and in the neighbourhood) and they could not ensure proper conditions. They asked us to cancel our reservation. We were lucky that we found another hotel at a decent price.

Great location. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. I think this was the best part of the property actually. It's walking distance from many of the key attractions in the city, but it's also nice and quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was pretty good. The best part about it is the views from rooftop terrace, where you can sip your coffee and admire the turquoise domes of Registan Square.

Cons:

The room, at least ours, was a bit small and cramped. And since there was only a tiny window with a view of a brick wall, it felt a bit claustrophobic. The light in the hallway was entirely too bright at night and it shone through the crack under the door, which made it hard to settle in for sleep.

W pierwsza noc ulokowano nas w pokoju z oknem na korytarz. Po reklamacji przeniesiono nas do normalnego pokoju jednak okna wychodziły na trwającą budowę obok. Nie byliśmy uprzedzeni o trwajacej budowie, hałasie i utrudnieniach w wypoczynku. Nie bylo rowniez zadnej rekompensaty ze strony hotelu. Po ukonczeniu budowy obok nie bedzie juz widoku na Registan a my poogladalismy rusztowania i wylewanie betonu. Przykro!

Terrible! Hotel cancelled my booking last minute!
Pros:

My booking was cancelled by the hotel a few hours from my arrival. Only informed me via the app. This is terrible service from the hotel and Booking.com!

Cons:

Booking.com should review this case and give me a reasonable reply how to manage this terrible event! No apologies...nothing!

Très bel hotel très moderne, très bien placé
Pros:

Cet hôtel s'agrandit de jour en jour : autrefois seulement le Minor Hotel (les photos de booking), aujourd'hui le New Minor Hotel (où nous étions) et dans qq mois, encore un autre hotel accolé. Résultat : si vous aimez les hotels ultra modernes, celui-ci va vous plaire. Personnellement, je préfère les hotels plus petits avec plus de charme. La chambre, très grande et très fonctionnelle, est aseptisée : pas de tableaux, pas de tenture ...
Mais le rooftop sur les Medresas est à coupé le souffle et l'hotel est à qq pas d'un des plus grands sites.

Cons:

Le manque de charme et l'impossibilité de payé en CB, ce qui n'était pas précisé dans la description de l'hotel : il faut payer en cash et donc retirer aux ATM dans la ville .... plutôt moyen

Ho soggiornato sulla parte nuova della struttura.
Camera completamente nuova in quanto mi è stato riferito che la parte nuova è stata aperta da pochissimo tempo.
Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole.
Buona colazione anche se poco continentale. Ottimi prodotti locali.

Splendida camera, nuovissima e arredata con gusto, nella parte nuova dell’hotel, una terrazza con vista meravigliosa sul Registan, posizione centrale e molto comoda per le visite al centro storico. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente.
