Le personnel très agréable super gentille. La vue avec terrasse incroyable. L’emplacement parfait avec des restos aux alentours. Calme. Service de lavage de vêtements et repassage. Un frigo dans la chambre et la propreté parfait.

Cons:

C’est dommage nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec vue mais on avait pas la vue..et par message l’établissement a confirmé que l’on pouvait payer par carte mais arriver à l’établissement on nous a dit en espèces uniquement. Un peu cher pour une chambre sans vue sur le magnifique Registan (dommage)

Buenas vistas y poco más
Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado, con vistas a la plaza del Registán desde la terraza. Muy céntrico para ir al resto de sitios principales de Samarcanda.
El personal del hotel muy atento y servicial. El primer día llegamos muy temprano e intercambiamos el desayuno por el del día que nos íbamos.
La habitación grande y luminosa

Cons:

El desayuno fue un caos. Faltaba personal para atender y las máquinas de café se estropeaban continuamente. Además, escaso y poco variado. Casi sin fruta. Le salva la ubicación, por las vistas que tiene.
El baño de la habitación tenía una bañera un poco alta y le haría falta una reforma.
Por fuera el hotel no se parece en nada a las fotos. Parece una casa y está ubicado en una zona muy tansitada de vehículos, pero oscura. No hay aceras

Good stay
Pros:

The hotel is located right behind Registan Square. Our room was cleaned daily. There is a great breakfast hall and balcony, and the breakfast itself was also very good. The staff at reception and in the breakfast area were lovely.

Cons:

4 power outlets in the room weren't working. My wife and I had to sleep separately because there were three single beds. The bathrooms could also use some renovation.

Superbe adresse
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour la vue et pour les visites. Grande chambre, très propre, literie très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel de l'accueil très agréable.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain et wc ne fermait pas. Il faut mieux venir au petit déjeuner assez tôt car il n'est pas réapprovisionné.

Cons:

We arrived at 1:00 AM, only to be told by the hotel staff that our room was not in the main hotel building, but in a completely different location. We were directed to a nearby building that appeared to be partially under construction, with a strong smell of dust and wet paint.

When shown to our “room,” we found it in unacceptable condition: it smelled unpleasant and had only one single bed, despite our booking clearly being for a room with two beds. We immediately refused the room and requested to be accommodated in the hotel we had actually booked (Hotel Minor), but were told this was not possible and that we had to stay in the other building.

I then asked for a refund and to cancel the booking. This led to a 15-minute argument, which was only resolved after I threatened to escalate the issue to Booking.com.

Do not trust the rating of this property. The experience was misleading and unacceptable.
