The website said breakfast was included and it was not included. They gave me a coupon towards breakfast for $15 even though I paid extra for the breakfast. When I showed the receptionist the website she became really rude and disrespectful saying it was wrong. I would not stay or recomend a mariott to anyone i know. They also said they would have a crib available upon check in as requested ahead of time through reservation which they responded and approved. Upon check in there was no crib provided and i asked the employee at the front desk if we could get one and they never got back to us so the baby had no where to sleep during the stay.
Not many options for free breakfast avaible and waited a long time for staff to help with breakfast.

Staff were rude. Pool was out if service and the staff were unapologetic and condescending about it. One of our room had bathroom lock broken. Sofa bed mattress had red stains all over. Staff were rude about door lock repair. Maintenance was declined due to 2 hour work time to fix the lock and then the receptionist was condescending about it because we denied the maintenance. We didnt wanna stay there for even a day. Elevator really sucks. Even the area where the hotel is with the entrance and exit out of the hotel sucks. Ghetto area really. They gave us some points and not refund for the pool being out of service. The points was like 60 dollar discount for over a thousand dollar bill. The pool was a major reason we booked this hotel and it didnt comr with breakfast either. We expected a refund and when we approached them they were rude in their response
Didn;t do breakfast. Two issues... couldn't get the TV to turn on. Staff came up and turned it on while we were out, but shortly after returning arounf 10 it went off on a timer. Too late to get staff to come up again.

Not much. 1 desk tel at check in was helpful and understood my delimma The initial desk rep on duty when i arrived at 1:30 to confirm my room was available was easily the crudest person i’ve r countered in years.
On line booking was horrendous issue between Trivago/Booking .com & Courtyard Marriott. The staff on premises ind extremely bad, rude and another was gracious apologetic when i explained that her colleague was no help whatsoever

Room was not clean especially restroom and at first they didn’t accommodate beds for 5 members though we reserved earlier
The location is good.
I was charged $20 per night as an incident fee. I never encountered this sort of charge before. I can't find any information about this fee on the website, feeling deceived.
