Parking was good

Cons:

The microwave did not work correctly. The refrigerator did not work at all, the toilet would not flush properly. I was told breakfast was included but all they said I had was a $15 credit and there were 4 of us and each breakfast was $15 so it cost me $45 out of pocket

Fraud
Cons:

You charged two raters. Still hasn’t been fixed. Double billing equates to fraud. One night is now costing almost $500. So wrong and criminal. At check out, the man at the front desk said it would be handled. It has not.

Cons:

Our rate included breakfast yet there was no breakfast served. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. There were also ants in the bathroom.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. An older building & tired looking room, in a nondescript part of town

When I reserved the place Booking said that breakfast was included. It turned out it was included only for ONE guest. This is weird bc clearly there were two people in the reservation.

Excellent séjour, j’ai hâte de revenir
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention du personnel. Pendant que je me reposais dans ma chambre, ils ont frappé à ma porte pour s’assurer que tout allait bien et me demander si j’avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. Ce geste m’a vraiment fait plaisir et m’a fait sentir que les clients sont bien pris en charge. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme !

Cons:

Rien de particulier. Tout a répondu à mes attentes et j’ai passé un excellent séjour.

location was the only good part

Cons:

they did not tell you the bar/restaurant/breakfast amenities were not available, yet we paid for them, also the market was mostly bare shelves, there was one staff member working which meant long waits to check in or ask a question and when we checked in at 6pm there was NO housekeeping, so when we needed sheets for the pull out sofa we only had the one staff member to wait for

Not worth the value no customer service

The Starbucks coffee in the lobby

Cons:

When we arrived, the front desk clerk seemed confused on how to check us in since we paid and booked through bookings.com. When we questioned her, she told us not to worry about it and gave us our room keys.
Upon arrival in our room, the bathroom door did not shut. There was water damage on the ceiling in the shower and overall there was no staff on a weekend night or weekend day to help with our concerns.

Awful and uncomfortable stay

The website said breakfast was included and it was not included. They gave me a coupon towards breakfast for $15 even though I paid extra for the breakfast. When I showed the receptionist the website she became really rude and disrespectful saying it was wrong. I would not stay or recomend a mariott to anyone i know. They also said they would have a crib available upon check in as requested ahead of time through reservation which they responded and approved. Upon check in there was no crib provided and i asked the employee at the front desk if we could get one and they never got back to us so the baby had no where to sleep during the stay.
